My family and I stopped in to eat at this location today . We sat inside and ordered our food . I asked the lady to repeat our order back to me . When the food came out it was wrong . Now I am not the type to complain but I had the lady repeat the order and still was wrong. Really and why is the food always cold at burger king this location and service here . sucks 0 stars . And there is a man that works there that just stares at you and your family while your eating my wife was upset kids couldnt even play inside for long he was outside sweeping for 30 mins but just stared inside at my family creepy

I visited this burger king on a Tuesday afternoon with my two children. An Employee by the name of Justin was working at the time in the front. This young man had a very positive attitude and made me feel like a welcome guess. I was on his A game because the dinning room was spotless. This burger king is a place for the family to enjoy!

Terrible. Went to get breakfast and they had the doors locked and a barricade in the drive through. After I moved the barricade several minutes after they should have been open and sat in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order they inform me they have no oil ready for hash browns and nothing is ready but sanwhiches.

My food was cold when I received it, the cheese on my burger wasnt even melted and the beef pattie did not taste good at all. There is a horrible smell in the bathrooms that is easily solved if they would take the time to solve it.. I would not recommend this BK to anyone. Most horrible BK in the area.

I was doing laundry around the corner so I thought I could go in for a quick bite big mistake thats the last time I ever go to Burger King the food was awful and because I didnt speak Spanish I couldnt get my order correctly done I asked for no salt on the fries and they werent barely warm

VERY rude and unsanitary the manager Marta said she was going to correct an issue with my order and when I arrive back she didnt do nothing but have me wait in line just to say that she couldnt replace anything she accuse me of lying would not recommend this location

Problem with the place opening on time, the opening time is supposed to be 6:00am but this entire week its never been open when Ive gone there before 7:00am. I called the store phone and a female employee says the are not open because of a bathroom problem.

Place is a mess. Sticky floors, weird smell, sticky drink cups, etc... The whole place is unsanitary and I am afraid to even think about how dirty the kitchen must be. I would suggest you skip this restaurant no matter how hungry you are.

It took 30 min in drive through to get my food and I was the third car!! Got to the window and was told broiler messing up and my food will be ready in 3 min, 10 min later I got my messed up order, Thanks but never again!

Nice servers. Coffee machine broken at breakfast and no backup. Thats a fix thats right around the corner, pick up regular Mr. Coffee brewer, till the tech gets there to fix the main machine. Out of other items as well.

Order was correct and fast but veggie Patty overcooked. The corners were hard as a rock, over microwave. They falied to provide ketchup, none on the self service counter. They also do not serve tacos.

Brought my son here to eat and play, the staff is really friendly, the place is very clean and when my son asked for a just a plain cheese sandwich they happily obliged. 10/10 would visit again.
