Went to Ihop on Thursday July 13th. The place was not crowded. We were seated quickly. Our waited took our drink order and delivered our drinks quickly. When drinks were delivered he took our food order. He never checked on us again until our food was delivered, about thirty minutes. Two of the five meals ordered were wrong. He never checked on us again, therefore we could not report the orders being wrong. We did eat a little of the wrong orders. I had to get up and find the waiter to get a bill, at which time I informed the waiter that two meals were wrong. The waiter told me he would have them taken off the bill. After ten minutes I went and found the waiter again. He handed me the bill, I ask if the two meals were deducted, he informed me that manager Francisco Cuevas would only deduct one of the meals because the meals had been partially eaten. I ask to speak with Mr. Cuevas. When he came to talk with me he told me "since you are not happy with my offer he was gong to charge full price for both meals". I paid the bill and tried to get in touch with Lorraine Enterprises, L.C. the franchise owner. The address and telephone numbers on line are not correct. I contacted IHOP directly and was told they would contact Lorraine Enterprises for me and I should receive a call from them in four business days. That call never happened. When I called IHOP back I was told Lorraine Enterprises refused to call me. I will not go back

They messed up my check, and screwed me out of my $25 gift card. The worst part, though, is that the management will not do anything to fix it. Gave the server my gift card and my credit card to pay the check. When it came back out I noticed that there was an extra drink on our bill that we did not order, so I asked her to take it off. When she came back with the corrected check, the gift card had not been run, but it had on the first check. I asked about the gift card amount being deducted, and she said it will turn out in the end. I was skeptical of course, so I saved my receipt and checked my bank statement a few days later for the charge. Sure enough, I had been over-billed; the gift card amount was not applied. Went back up there today and the manager said theres nothing they can do about it because they cant reopen the check after 24 hours. I told them I would contest the charge with my bank and they said, get this....., "thats probably the best thing to do." Told them I would give him a negative review and never come back, and that didnt change a thing. Its a shame because I like IHOP food, but I gotta be true to what I told them. I wont be going back

Der iHop ist gerammelt voll. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und lecker. Was mich hier allerdings gestört hat war, dass das Personal eigentlich quer durch die Bank relativ desinteressiert war. Vollkommen ungewöhnlich für Texas. Es dauerte relativ lange, bis jemand kam und man hatte eher das Gefühl nicht wirklich Willkommen zu sein. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Es lag jedoch nicht an uns, bei anderen SErvicekräften an anderen Tischen habe ich das gleiche gesehen . Keine Ahnung, was da los war, aber man fühlte sich nicht wirklich wohl dort. Das Essen war jedoch sehr gut.

The food was great! It was hot, fresh, and served in a timely manner. However, all of that does not excuse mediocre service. We never got the servers name, we were not properly greeted, and we felt that they didnt want to be there in the first place. Also, there was not any Original syrup on our table, or any table for that matter. When we requested syrup, it took a little too long, which is concerning when we have hot pancakes on the table cooling by the minute. If it werent for a specialty price on shortstacks and good reviews online, we wouldnt have driven the distance that we did to get here and would have gone elsewhere. Overall, everything wasnt "bad," but it wasnt "good," either.

I like going here only because of the waitress Yolanda who works the overnight-early am shift. She attends myself and a group of coworkers of mine after we get off of work in the early a.m. she has our usual orders memorized. Her service is top notch and she is always happy and friendly, and its not that fake customer service friendly. She is just a naturally happy person even when shes having a bad day at work. Her management team is doing a horrible job in not recognizing her great efforts. They shot be having her run this or another location, at the very minimum allowed to be a trainer to all other waiters and waitresses.

What stood out first to me was the fact that I didnt stick to everything at the table, its the first IHOP I have ever been to that had zero syrup stickiness and it was late morning, we were not the first service. I asked our waiter to please send over the manager and congradulated him for his top notch team. The team? Let me tell you, they were staffed and ready for anything, if I had to guess there was a server for every 10 customers, nobody was standing around, if one of them had a few minutes to spare they were cleaning. The food was great, the staff friendly and oh, did I mention it was clean?

Just left the worst experience in dining I have ever had. Server seemed to be in another world, at least his brain was. Wife asked to substitute red potatoes hash instead of hash browns. Waiter brought out potatoes and wondered why she asked him to correct it. Walked by our table no less than 5 times before finally asking if we wanted refills, (all at the table were empty). Then he forgot to bring drinks back. Worst part was when he brings the bill and then less than 1 minute later he brings another persons credit card and receipt to us. He didnt know what to do when we told him it wasnt ours.

I would never ever go here again I had pancakes and while I was eating my pancakes underneath it I found a pubic hair in my food I told the manager Francisco about it and he told me that he couldnt tell me who the cook was he was very rude and all he was worried about is the customers around us and not worried about the fact that there was a piece a hair in my pancake... I will never go back to IHOP again just because of this particular place....

The food was good, but the service was lacking. Our waitress rarely came back to help us, and didnt write down anything we ordered, so naturally our food order was not correct when it was brought out. Thankfully only order was done wrong. Thankfully the manager stepped up and waited on us, since clearly our waitress was too busy on her cellphone. This is the third time we have been to this IHOP and had a similar experience.

Ordered 2 ham and cheese omelettes with sides of hash browns. Got the omelette With hash browns in them, & no sides of hash browns. Waiter left and came back 20 minutes later. I explained to him that the order was incorrect and he said he would have it taken off of our bill. The manager refused to take it off the bill because there was a bite taken out of each one! Worst customer service and I will not be returning!
