Everything I have tried so far is really good, fresh and of great quality.... Equally impressive is the quality of the customer service from the staff.... EVERYTIME I have been there the girls have been super nice and kind. They are eager to make the customer happy and honestly to me that is as important as the quality of the products. I am all about customer service and will not visit a place if I dont like it. So going into "Nothing Bundt Cakes" is always a great experience and I am happy to support their business as well as spread the good word.... Thank you to a great staff that truly seems to love their jobs and knows how to make the customer experience right everytime for the customer. Great job Reno, NV store..........

Went in today to look into some cakes for my son. Waited in line. And an older lady asked us for help. I asked her a few questions, she ignored us & said "I can help whos next" . . . excuse me, ummmmm I thought you were helping me???? (Didnt say that of course) . . . another cashier asked us for help. She was a ittle better with her customer service but, still a little in the clouds. She answered my questions but not with confidence. . . long story short. Talked to a third girl. She was great! Told us which one is her favorite. Had a huge smile on her face & didnt have her head in the clouds. . . customer service is a hit and miss. But, the cakes are always delicious!!

I had totally given up on eating the cheap "wannabe" cakes with cheap ingredients that one can buy around town at the grocery stores and even at most higher end venues, even the locally owned ones. I quickly retreat to a corner with a waste can and surreptitiously toss it when given the usual paper plate with cake on it. I am French and was raised on absolutely delicious tarts, Napoleans, eclairs and bread from the local Parisienne Patisserie. Then I moved to Reno and found "Nothing but Bundt" cakes on McCarran and South Virginia. Now I REALLY have to watch my waistline..YUM!

I recently made contact with Nothing Bundt Cakes for an inquiry about a large order of Bundtinis and a 2-tier cake for a wedding. Both Melissa and Britney were so friendly and helpful! They were able to quote me and answer all of my questions! They are also VERY reasonably priced. We have had their cakes in the past and they are nothing but amazing. Thank you girls for everything!

The professional staff is the best with suggestions for our mothers 90th birthday event. Ready for pickup as promised. Attended enjoyed at event and one to go. Variety was the key - flavors, frosting, decorations. Cakes were moist and yummy. Just enough finger licking frosting on each bundt. We highly recommend!!

Tried these for the first time today. I got the dozen of bundtini in chocolate chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, marble and lemon. They are so moist and yummy. I will definitely go again!
