At 1:23pm, My experience horrible. We made what we believe to be a simple request "Hi, would you know drop our order now, we like everything fresh, We do not mind waiting, thank you". After our request was acknowledged, we drove to the next window. Once we reached the pay window we reconfirmed our request would be adhered to. "Hi, how are you?, great! Please make sure our order is being dropped, We do not mind waiting" . Low-A-Behold! We reach the pick-up window and YES, THE FOOD IS COLD! so I say "maam, i requested our food be prepared fresh, the fries are cold, spicy sandwich is cold, please remake this order fresh per previous request over 10 mins ago" returned the food to manager, less the drinks. We fulled forward, waited for food approximately 5 mins. Manger comes out with food, I check it and What-Do-You-Know, it still was not made fresh. so i told the manager "Maam, we have been here about 15mins, we made the request at the time of placing the order, ITS HOT OUTSIDE, and this is unacceptable, At this point give take the food and give me a refund." the manager returns back inside the store with the food. she returns about 3 mins later with return ticket and cash. NOW HERE COMES THE EVER WORSE PART. she says to me: I will need the 2 drinks also before I can refund you your money. so I said "After waiting OVER 20mins now for food, you prove to be incompetent, its HOT OUTSIDE and you dare request the drinks back., take the drinks and give me my money". NOT OK!

Im am astonished by how bad the quality of service was here. Ive always thought of chick fil a as the premium customer experience but this location and Maria has disappointed me so much. Slow service trying too hard to go fast behind the counter getting my order wrong after asking what it was 3 times and went to get me my large frosted lemonade and came back with medium I politely pointed out the size difference she asked to see the receipt after she literally just took my order and said ok yes you got a large walked around the corner grabbed a large cup and poured the medium drink into the large cup and handed it to me just like that. Will not visit this location again.

My wife and I eat at Chick-fil-A all over America and have always had outstanding experience, however tonight at 8:45pm, 12/28 we had the worst experience ever. After ordering at the drive thru (ordered two 8-piece nuggets), as we pulled up to the window a lady who was sweeping outside walked in front of us, swept around the window, as we waited patiently, after she finished, she leaned into the window, ignoring us and started chatting and laughing with the other employees inside. After waiting a few more minutes, we pulled up next to her and the window and cancelled our order and went to a different Chick-fil-A.

This location is the worst Ive come across and Im a ChickFila fan. The chicken is never fresh for breakfast. I had a salad from here on 2 occasions. I called because of old wilted nasty lettuce and fruit in the salad. The Manger comped it and gave me another one. It was the same way. I wont be returning here not even for the free stuff. Which I might add that they dont advertise. You have to call them and ask about the promotions. Its unacceptable. If I pay almost $8 for a salad it should at least be fresh.

Check your bags, 3rd time in a row theyve "forgotten" to put my fries in the bag but they dont ever forget to charge.. Addressed this issue to the Umpa Lumpa (some short fat woman with 13lbs of make up in face) manager working there) but she had more time to argue about how i can prevent this from happening and how i will not be getting any fries. Just have her be the cow mascot standing outside with the sign, she doesnt even need the costume.

Chick-fil-a has gone down in quality and service. Just because they say "my pleasure", dont get confused by it. The fries that theyre now using are in my opinion a different potato that they didnt use before(been about a year) and theyre not as good. Condiments, mainly sauces look a bit mirky. Never were before. This is over all chick-fil-a(not store specific) This location is mediocre

I would give it 5 stars but every time we come through the drive thru Brian always messes up our order. Its really irritating because this place is awesome!! But once he started working, he forgets things or adds things we didnt order into our bag. He likes to argue with you too. That guy needs to go! I wont come here whenever he is working. But all the other workers are amazing!

Went through drive thru in the am and the lady working drive thru wore gloves while passing people their food and drinks and also taking money!!!! I called and spoke to a mgr and he said he would take care of it !!! And that he was sorry for the incident!!!! Just hope does not happens again that is unsanitary to the public!!!!!!

Go to mayerland plaza and get a sandwich at that chickfil-a then come to this one and you will taste a difference. The bread is really soogy like if it was microwaved, in the bag for a long time, or something. Also the chicken is not that crunchy. I go through drive through all the time. As for costumer service their good.

I visit this location quite often because its the only nearby Chick-fil-A near my home. Compared to other locations Ive been to this one is mediocre. Staff isnt as friendly and food is warm...I have never receive fresh and hot food. Needs improvement if they want to compete with other restaurants within the chain.

Dont go through the drive thru . You tell them what you want and the repeat it to you and the still get everything wrong like whats so hard about getting your food right ? I swear it happens all the time never fails and the manger is soooo rude and everytime if your gonna get bothered she needs to find another job

I love chick fil a and so do my kids but lately they have been making to many mistakes with the to go orders. I got two kids meal to take to my childrens school and in one of them they had no nuggets only fries and hash browns so my daughter didnt even eat lunch thats disappointing.

I was VERY disappointed in my visit Friday afternoon at 3:00pm. It was busy and they were SUPER rude and rushing me. Usually Chickfila does very good with being respectful, but with all these new people they have hired its gotten VERY horrible! I didnt even get a "my pleasure"!

I really like this chick-Fil-A but I feel as if they need to be more diverse as in staff there is more Hispanic employees and about 5 black employees and 1 white and that just front staff also back of the house staff there a lot of hispanics I would just like more diversity

I go here for lunch often and they get my order out quick! Every time I walk in I get a warm greeting take my order, step aside, and receive my food immediately. I know this chickfila sponsors several organizations of my school & I have to say, they are amazing!
