Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! They gave me original chicken strips instead of spicy in all 3 of my big boxes around 4pm when I bought them, didnt get home and realize what happened until around 9pm. I called and let Asst. Manager Rosa know what was going on and she "didnt know what to do" so she would call the GM to find out and call me back in 15 minutes. 45 min. Later I called back and they didnt answer the phone. I called this morning and spoke with a different AM Reyna and she tells me I have to bring the food in with my receipt!!!! What is the point in that? The food is trash once it crosses the counter. Its a simple waste calculation for the books. Its like calling your customers liars and proving that yall dont care that YALL made a mistake. My world doesnt revolve around Popeyes. Im not going to hold onto food and plan when Im going back. Its called FAST FOOD for a reason. It was CONVENIENT at the time so Im not coming back until its CONVENIENT AGAIN! If this Popeyes is struggling financially this is not the way to get out of the hole. (I also noticed a sign that said they charge 25 cents for extra sauce). That lets me know your location is low class and PETTY so Im not so surprised about this "policy". How about training staff correctly be a policy! How is Rosa an AM and she doesnt know your policy! How about making customers orders CORRECT be a policy. How about owning your mistakes when they do happen be a policy! How about not have your customers drag WASTE back into the store be a policy. Absolutely disgusting. You will have no customer retention or referrals at this rate. THE LEAST you can do is let customers keep the food they didnt pay for and come in and get what they DID PAY for when its convenient for them!!!! 90% of customers wont call or complain but THEY WILL NOT RETURN. So if someone complains take it seriously and handle it in a way that makes your customers happy. Not make them feel like they are liars and have to bring proof. I guarantee your customers (Like myself) will NEVER spend another penny with you after seeing how your location handles their mistakes!!!!! Staff is not trained properly and you have RIDICULOUS policies!!!! Newsflash your not the only Popeyes in town!!!! People will go out of their way for good customer service!!! Thank God your not my neighborhood Popeyes!!!!

POOR MANAGEMENT - last week we picked up lunch and came home, no biscuits... tonight we pick up dinner, the biscuits were grey white undercooked and gooey, the ALL WHITE 2 piece dinner turned out to be a leg and a thigh... I have called management 3 times in the past couple months to let them know they need to get their people trained on what it says you get & what they put in the boxes, because eating fast food is no longer a quick dinner if you have to go back to get what you actually ordered... tonight was our LAST time here, didnt bother calling because they just say sorry and say come back so we can fix it... this is the crappiest service and the most untrained personnel of any and all Popeyes weve ever ordered from.. take my advice, travel to the one on Spring Cypress & 249 or the one on Holzworth & Cypresswood, because this place suxx.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! or, you can call them and hear come back, Im sorry.

Spicy Chicken was going to take 12 minutes...so no spicy chicken at all on a friday night at 8pm. I change order to mild....we dont have any legs, so I have to take two tiny wings. Popeyes used to by my favorite place for fried chicken but since I live 2 blocks from this one, I guess I wont be eating Popeyes until I move to another city. Poor experience because as a former restaurant manager, I know youre not so busy on a friday night that you are out of ALL your spicy and ALL your legs unless you have poor management and worse hourly employees. This experience alone makes me realize we shouldnt raise minimum wage to $15/hr because the type of job done tonight was done with $4/hr effort. DO NOT EAT HERE

An older location that serves the same tasty Popeyes food. When I was there three of the workers were completely indifferent and didnt care to help each other nor the customers. The manager was very friendly and was doing the best she could to do it all while training her employees or just teaching them basic manners and work ethic. The dining area at this location has not had thy same renovations that other locations have had.

Worst experience ever; lady at window 4/29 @ 9:15pm had worst customer service ever. Asked for $5 box fries and red bean and rice with white meat. Waited over $15min finally get food it had 1 thigh and 2 wings red beans and rice with no fries. Asked her doesnt with 2 sides she said no when clearly on the menu it said it doesnt and also gave me dark and white meat instead of what I ask for .

This Popeyes seemed to be going downhill already but I was shocked to see it surrounded by a fence and being torn up the following week. I dont know if its gone or being renovated but there is no signage to indicate. Almost scares me thinking I ate food that was about to be thrown away and probably old.

Worst experience ever. The wait was 30min. The food was dry and hard. Everytime, we go there - they ask us to park in the front this helps them not seem like they have customers waiting so long. Maybe need to update training or use a secret shopper.

Just left this location. I waited over 15 minutes. The rude staff got the order wrong and the food was cold. Went back in and the manager dumped my food out, gave attitude, and still gave me old fries lol horrible location. Needs to be restaffed.

Got there at 9:55 dont close till ten they see out the back door the whole time. Decide to finally answer at drivethru at 10:05 and tell me that they closed at 10:00. I said I have been waiting here for ten minutes and you saw me. Really!!!!!!

Okay do I love Popeyes, but would recommend avoiding this location. Horrible service and never seem to have any chicken ready. Plan on waiting a long while, Im not exaggerating. Dont know how this location remains in business.

I have been seeing the $4.00 wicked good deal all over the TV today so went to Popeyes to try it. I drove all the to the place only to be told "WE SOLD OUT" I said OK go back to your joking and laughing, left and went to KFC.
