Worst customer service I have ever received here!!!! 1) the girl taking orders thru the drive thru could not quit having a personal conversation to take our order without interruption. 2) when I changed my mind on my order (my incomplete order!) she got an attitude that now they were going to have to throw it all out, "because once it goes thru the ear piece its starting to cook". Which leads us to number 3) once we told her to cancel our order all together, because we werent going to put up with that kind of customer service she leans out the order window!!!! And hollers "that was very rude!!!". Completely disappointed.

You know, almost every Taco Bell Ive been to in the last decade has been a huge let down from what they once were. This is the only one Ive eaten at where I can remember why I loved them in the nineties. Everything Ive had has been excellent, fresh and delicious. The service has been outstanding, generous even...I actually like these people! They are always really nice. Something is different at this store, its a standout. The prices are still too high...$7.50 for 5 taco supremes? But when its made so well, I keep coming back.

I love taco bell but this is one location I have learned to stay away from. The people are nice but the quality of food that comes out is horrible.. Bean burritos half filled to where Im just eating tortia shell. Ive had a whip cream seal in a burritos before and have been give completely wrong orders.,. If you want tacobell find another. Tomball or i45 are both great

This Taco Bell doesnt carry Dr Pepper because the owner of the franchise is cheap and doesnt care what the customers think or want. I drive a few extra miles to a different Taco Bell that has Dr Pepper now, which is not a big deal because I actually get home faster because the service is also pretty subpar and usually takes about 15 minutes from order to drive off.

This particular Taco Bell has some of the slowest least motivated workers and managers I have experienced. If you want to wait for 20 minutes for three tacos then definitely this is the place if not dont bother. There are lots of good fast food places in the area.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this location deserves a review. Always super friendly, and the food is always neatly made with generous portions. Dining area is clean, as are the bathrooms. This location clearly prides themselves on service and cleanliness.

Whay makes taco bell good is that red sauce they put in everything. Well most taco bells are tight with that stuff and it makes everything dry and bland. This one isnt afraid to use the red sauce and they are the fastest and friendliest ive ever been.

Ive recieved great customer service here everytime I go (which is often). Some of the nicest fast food workers! And the food is consistent, I find it to be good. Its always clean, but it is also always really cold.

Food is usually decent but restaurant is definately understaffed cause they are super slow for a taco bell. My son also got food poisoning there once before, but that may have been a very isolated occurance.

The staff were fast and helpful and the restaurant was very clean, couldnt ask for better of a Taco Bell. The free WiFi was nice but I will warn you that it was pretty slow and blocked harmless websites.
