All I can say is WOW! I live right by this Buffalo Wild Wings and had been going to the Avon Lake location for years, heres where they went, way WAY wrong. I came in last night to watch a football game with myself and a few friends, after a long days work I wanted to relax and have a few drinks. My waitress said she was "Stressed out and having a bad day" Everybody has bad days no big deal." I then ordered my drinks and enjoyed some time with friends. After my first round I ordered a second, then waiting approximately 45 mins and asked to order a third. When I attempted to order a third, the waitress looked at me in disgust and said WE CAN ONLY DO TWO SORRY. I then told the waitress Im not trying to offend you at all and said sorry. (Should have never had to do this to begin with.) Since when does a sports bar "not" service you drinks!?! Avon Lake always has! A few moments later the waitress approached my table and said she was "sorry" but the "bartenders wont pour drinks unless they are serving them directly and they yell at her when she asked for more than two rounds." I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS BEING TOLD! How is this my fault, and why should I be treated like garbage just because Im not being served by a bar tender directly. Why should the consumer have to pay for a lack of communication from the BAR. I wont ever be coming back to this place.

I havent been a fan of these places in years, and this location did nothing to change that. I went in during a football game. The volume was so loud that I was screaming at my friend next to me and he still couldnt hear me. The waitress was kind enough, but I got the sense that she just wanted us to order something, eat, and leave. I ordered a temporary menu item-- pork tacos. I figured they couldnt be too bad. I was very wrong. They dont qualify as tacos, as the combined three of them are smaller than just one from Taco Bell. Even worse, I bit into something hard in all three, which was probably dried out meat, probably scraped up from the bottom of a scorched pan that had been sitting on the head all day. I was still so hungry that I was forced to get something else. Thats how they get ya. Everything on the menu is so overpriced, particularly compared to other restaurants and considering the quality. My ears hurt so badly that I left at halftime and found another bar to go to, one that didnt have a herd of kids in it. Overall, it was another disappointing visit to a chain I loved dearly 10-15 years ago. I hope they go out of business and just sell their wing sauces in a grocery store.

Went there at opening 11 AM . Probably the 2nd group (4) to sit ourselves down. Ordered the black n blue burger, and it was terrible. I am not one to send things back, and I didnt but should have. The burger was cold and thin (although they didnt list the weight on the menu. The bun was cold. The blue chees had no chance to melt, and the frys were luke warm. Hey, at least pickle spear wasnt warm !! We were early so things should not have been pre cooked but that burger had to be setting in a warmer for awhile. Still mad at myself for not bitching. I am a one and done there for sure. I went along with the group to go there. Go to Jennifers across the street. No beer but the foo is good and HOT !!

Take out order today 9/29 called in at 724pm. Was told 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. Arrived about 20 minutes later and no order. A box was under the heat lamp. I waited 15 minutes for the order to be completed with 1 of the boxes being the box that has been under heat lamp for at least 15 minutes. I asked for new fries. About 8 minutes later I asked for a refund. Manager apologized and offered food as well. However the food was still not ready and I was late for a childs event. Food is good but the take out process in Strongsville is poorly run.

Terrible staff and management. I came in and asked the greeter if he could seat a party of 20. He about crapped his pants and told me no, but we can get our food to go if we want to. My party came in and ordered food a the bar to go. While waiting the server in that section go mad that some of the guys were sitting at his table while waiting for their food. The server came up to one of the guys in my party, grabbed his food and threw it on the ground. Extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent staff and manager.

All of the bad reviews are sassy rich people who think they are special and deserve special service. Politely Say something if your waitress hasnt come in minutes and they will be there ASAP, send the food back and get something different if its taste is unpleasant to you, and of course its going to be loud you are in a sports bar. This particular location has been serving me excellently over the past 2 years that I have been a regular there and I have never had unpleasant service.

Seated immediately. Waited at our table for over 20 minutes with no waitress. No one asked for drink orders. No one came to say itll be a minute. No one around at all, though the place was packed. Other tables around us asked the only waitress we saw where their food was, and she had to ask them for their order again. She still didnt stop at our table. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Walked out at this point without eating or receiving drinks. We will be complaining formally as well.

Cheap pricks decide to not include honey mustard or any other dipping sauces with the breaded corn dogs. When we called to ask where the dipping sauce was, we were greeted with with " " weah, we have a bunch, come back and get some" great way to treat customers.....hope all read this and do not go to BWs in Strongsville....terrible. Or if you do , tell them Rob stinks!!!!!

These people stop welcoming customers from 10:45 pm. Waited for 20 minutes to be seated and when asked about it the waitress did not even reply. Crap service. Moreover, the wings were cold and when told about it the waitress seemed to know this already and didnt even say sorry. After sometime she came with the same stuff, just reheated.

Terrible food ordered two samplers told waitress nothing hot. Wings were supposed to be sweet BBQ and one was much hotter. The food is overpriced trash. The trivia tablets didnt work and couldnt log in. Samplers and bill is over $35 for some cheap stale pitas, 2 semi stale pretzels. This place has gone downhill... worste b-dubs ever

I just recently got out of the military, after 10 years of serving this great country, i have seen alot of BD3s this is the worst one i have ever been too, i will never be returning to this dump again, the people that work there have the worst customer service i have ever delt with crap crap crap, worst BDubs ever
