This place made for a fun date night! I originally tried to come on a Saturday night, but make sure you call ahead and ask about the wait. I called before leaving with hungry friends in tow and they said to head over now. When I arrived 15 minutes later they told me it would be an hour and 15 to be seated. Yikes! It would be nice if someone told me before hand. So I tried again on a Monday afternoon. Much better! The wall of booze and bottle room is pretty impressive. The decor is laid back and comfortable. Menu items were pretty good. The steamer clam appetizer came in a delicious broth, but the clams were a little tough and fishy. I had the boring betty burger cooked medium. The medium rare patty and aioli were top notch. The only thing I was mad at was the ciabatta. It fell apart and was kinda dry. It didnt want to hug the patty. My SO was perfectly happy with his shrimp carbonara. I stole a couple of noodles. Yum! I ordered the Toms Hot Wife cocktail. Im not normally a fan of gin, but this thing was so delicious. I ordered a 2nd one and it was very bitter. My SO ordered a 2nd round of his drink and also noticed it was made differently. He liked his 2nd round better tho. Overall this was a fun place to stop. There were some definite consistency issues. Food and drink was pretty good. Atmosphere and service was great.

As others have mentioned, so I wont bother diving in to much, but the bourbon selection is impressive wall of brown and they have a pretty large list of beers on tap. I see a few reviews that mention their game room and pool tables. Im guessing those are just from people that looked at it and didnt actually play in there, because the price is worth mentioning (its $13/hr!). I went there to check out their drink selection/prices (which as others have said can be a little pricey), but mostly I went to check out their new pool tables. They have three 8 foot Olhausen tables in there (nice wide rails, and they roll fast and play nice as I would expect out of brand new tables). But it seems to me that they are pricing their tables so that they remain there for looks, not for pool players. The table rental fee of $13 per hour is a wee bit steep to say the least. Considering prices in the area for pool are in the area of $5-6/hr (with specials lower than that at some places). Im hoping theyll eventually drop their pool price so those tables will actually be used, but until then its not for me.

Worst experience ever. My fiancee and I went there on Sat. Night we put our name in at 7:03. Was told it would be an hour wait. This is fine since its sat @ the only bourbon spot in beaverton. We ordered a round of drinks and looked at the grab and go selection. The drinks were meh @ best i had the Manhattan which was served in a PLASTIC martini glass. We talked and were a little confused as there were constantly empty takes. At 8:11, I decide to see how much longer it would be. When the hostess said 30 to 40 minutes my jaw flew open. Half I repeat get half the tables were empty. I asked to close out & received an Im sorry the wait turned out longer than expected. Of course it is if you arent sitting people down. Left &will never be back. Ill give this place 18 months and it will be another empty building. I ended up going to Stanfords, and got a better tasting Manhattan in a GLASS with a delicious entry with no wait and it wasnt pub food. Long story short. Go to any of the following & get better drinks: standford, copper river. Where theyll actually fill up their restaurant.

Very underwhelming. I ordered the Tackelberry. It was suppose to resemble a pulled pork sandwich. The meat was dry with a fatty meat flavor, as if the meat was reheated. I asked for BBQ sauce hoping to add some kick, spice, something, that did not work. After 2 bites and having my daughter and boyfriend confirm that it was "send back" worthy I sent the plate back and requested a Boring Betty...a plain burger...and wow was it boring. Just no flavor. Yes is was juicy, but again...no flavor...just boring. When we got our bill we also found that we were charged for the Tackelberry, which was the more expensive plate, instead of the Boring Betty. When we were leaving the hostest at the front asked how everything was. I responded with an honest opinion and the girl just stared at me. Management...this is a huge learning/training opprotunity. We will not be back.

Would be 4 if it weren’t for the service I like this place. The food is pretty good, the interior is stylish, good beer and drink selection. The service though... I’ve gone 4 times and keep getting the same server whose timing is inconsistent to say the least. The most recent time it took 10 minutes to get our drink order (which we ordered an appetizer at the same time). The appetizer came out and when we were almost done with it, the beers finally came. Took another 10 minutes to get our actual food order, luckily the food comes out quickly. Then it was forever to get the check. This has been pretty common over 4 trips, so I’m taking a break until that server improves or is no longer there. I will say that the bar staff is pretty great, quick efficient and fun. So maybe hit the bar and skip the dining room.

Dont be fooled by the brick exterior, enter and youll be pleasantly surprised by the beautifully illuminated bar beckoning wandering visitors to wet their whistles with a wide variety of draught beers (albeit a bit heavy on the number of IPAs and slightly high in price). Our server Alex and Aaron were undeniably some of the most friendly, providing useful information and outrageously enjoyable antics during our brief visit. My TK421 sandwich was both large in portion and deliciously crafted! Cheese curds appetizer was another winner! Loved our time their and cant wait to return...Happy hour 3-5pm saves you a buck on each beer! Thanks! Best, ~S

Im going with four stars instead of five simply because Ive only been there once and it was a Sunday night, so even though it was busy it wasnt crowded. Perhaps on another night of the week the experience would be different. As it were our experience was great! We had wonderful service. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgable about the beverages and the food. In a group of four we had all different types of food and beverages and everyone was very happy with their order. Great atmosphere and I will be back to try more off the menu and explore more of the space as well!

After passing this place up for more then a few months the hubby and I stopped in today. Holy cow this place is very impressive with the walls lined with booze. The menu is a good read with better then usual items. We shared an appetizer of purple sweet potato ravioli and a sandwich called "Someones Sloppy Sister." The hubby had a porter called "Big Bad Baptist" which the bartender Aaron recommended. He was spot on with that. The drink catalog reads like a phone book. We had a terrific time. Quiet atmosphere and very relaxing. We will be back and with friends.
