Little Jimmy
Panda Express was an experience. It was, to say, not good. Lets just say that it is called "Panda Express" for a reason. Might as well call it "Dog Express" too. The workers dont speak English, and all they say is "Moar rice?" The pen they keep in the back full of their dogs and cats is very noisy and unsanitary, which is bad for business. The Orange Chicken is NOT CHICKEN. I REPEAT, NOT CHICKEN. I suspect that the "chicken" is mutated and from Hiroshima, which is not good at all. The worst part is that I left my pet poodle "Marcie" in my car, and when I came back she was gone. The workers said that they had a new special, and it was fresh from harvesting. Needless to say, I left. The bathrooms were clean though, so 2 stars for you. I might make it higher if my takeout wasnt someones stray tabby cat.

Horrible experience at this location mostly due to a young and very rude drive-they employee - Ashley P. First, had to say my order multiple times (never had to do that before), then order was wrong (had extra things on it minus 2 drinks), then argued about my credit card not having the exact name on it, and then asking why I wanted unsweet tea. It was 1:30pm, so it wasnt busy at all. Had a horrible time just getting my food and drinks and ended up paying $3 extra for a side of mixed veggies. I will have to think twice about going here again...especially if I am treated like that.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted warmly, and the food presentation is excellent. The restaurant is well-staffed, and I noticed they constantly busy themselves, theres no idle standing by, one of the workers even climbed up a ladder to polish the vents of the air conditioner ducts. The whole restaurant was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our food was served hot and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Trainwreck. Waited in line 22 minutes, only to be asked what I ordered when I got to the window. Then waited another five minutes while everyone behind me honked in frustration, to be told they were going to substitute my meal for something they had ready. Seriously bad service. I asked for refund, as did the the car in front of me, and left. No clue what the food is like because I could never get served my order.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is very tasty. I would have given 5 stars, but the 2 times I have eaten here the rice and noodles have either been cold or slightly warmer than room temperature. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is outstanding!
