Great location! I have ordered using their mobile app as well as online for pickup and my orders have always been ready on time and were complete without issues. Great food with lots of good options and if you order in store and wait it may take a few minutes but well worth the wait! Hook and ladder sub or salad is highly recommended and plenty of room to sit inside if youd like to. Fun decor and stories on the walls telling the background of the franchise.

Working at The Great Escape which is in the same complex as Firehouse, I find myself grabbing lunch there often. Everyone is always very welcoming and their food is exceptional, not to mention their service. I always feel comfortable walking in there because they provide a very relaxed atmosphere and are always on the customers time. I love being able to work within walking distance of such a great place to eat.

I waited 15-20 minutes for the wrong sub, cost $9 for 12 inch. Only 2 customers in store besides me, they didnt put anything on it I wanted and cant really watch them make it. I will say it Tasted great, but half hour later I didnt feel good. Unfortunately I still have $16 on my gift card.

I absolutely love their subs! The food is amazing and totally worth the price! Ive never had a bad experience and theyre great with the kids. My son loves to eat here because he knows hell get to get a fire hat with his yummy meal. Great food and great workers!
