My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience. We ordered from the To-Go section of the restaurant and it was a nightmare. I ordered a Wedge Salad and a Half Rack of Ribs. She ordered a Steakhouse Salad and a sweet potato side. We ordered at 7:11pm and the site told us to pick our food up at 7:51pm. We arrived at 7:45pm and pretty much did not hear from anyone the first 15 minutes. Our food came out at about 8:30pm....a 40 minute wait. I still tipped the staff and they said the bag was checked. We got home and the Wedge Salad was not there. In addition, 75% of the ribs were completely burnt and were not edible. I eat ribs all the time, I know how they cook - but these were not edible. I called the store and they stated my account would be refunded for the Wedge Salad within 15 minutes. Well, its days later and it never happened. My girlfriend asked for medium-well steak for her salad and it was clearly well done. I cannot even comprehend how this could even happen? Where is the refund? Where is the apology? How can a business run like this?

What was previously mediocre at best, to poor at its worst, Outback in Frazer seems to have gotten its act together, to the point where any steak I have ordered on several occasions, (and any other enter or appetizer) has come out to the table perfectly prepped, the first time. ..every time!! Even friends and family, who were turned off by Outback, are now back, pleasantly surprised in seeing (and tasting) the changes and overall improved experience - even in their curbside to go service... Jeff (the manager of this location) has personally made commitment to the processes and staffing, so as to get this restaurant back on track...and it shows. Once again, the place actually feels like its being managed with set standards and professionalism. Its this caring and dedication that can make a restaurant (even a chain) a great dining experience. The wait staff, especially Chris, is very personable and makes sure everything gets done to your satisfaction...each and every time. Keep up the great work guys!!!

My husband and I were really looking forward to some outback to go food when we both tried to call and couldn't get anyone to answer. We knew it was Friday night but no answer for over 5 rings and then on hold for over 10 minutes made us lose our want and taste for Outback. But the worst was when husband was being nice and making sure there wasn't something wrong with the phone lines to the to go server they said in so many words deal with it we are just busy. I am in the restaurant industry and the way the server presented the situation to my husband wasn't cool. My husband had worked all day and he wanted to go the bar to wait but was too disgusted by the experience. Plus when we got the food the shrimp was dried out and baked potatoes overcooked.

Outback was my go to place in college. Where I live now there are no close by Outbacks. It was a treat to go for Fathers day and find that the food that I loved 10 years ago is still just as tasty. The bread is warm and tasty, the bloomin onion is as good as ever. I had the NY Stip and they were attentive to preparing it how I like it. The waiter was attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. Outback does vegetables better than most places. The broccoli was fresh and not overly seasoned or buttery. Just perfect in my opinion. It is still one of my favorite places to eat.

If I could leave no stars I would. Call ahead seating is a joke. I still had to wait 10 minutes for a table even though I arrived at the "appointed" time. They have no room in the waiting area to boot. When we did get our table it took 5 minutes for the server to show up. During that time I noticed that the online menu and the locations menu did not match. When we tried to order "off menu" we were told that we couldnt. From there it got worse. The manager was confrontational and rude. As we attempted to leave he even blocked our path. Dont waste your time or money!

I went in on a Sat evening, and its almost empty. Either its something wrong with the US economy or something wrong with the steakhouse, I guess the latter is more accurate because nearby Texas roadhouse has a long wait. Steak was limp, the extra mushroom sauce for 1.99 came in a 2 tea spoon container , they even stinged on the sour cream on top of the small potato that came in. The people at our neighboring table were complaining how small the dessert portion was,. All in all, extremely stingy for the money you pay.

My boyfriend and I have gone to this Outback about four or five times. The first time was decent but we were not pleased the following times. The last two times we ate here both our orders were wrong and the person sitting next to us got our appetizer. I felt that the food took way to long and if they were more professional and worried about their customers the manager should have showed us some concern about the service. We only went back this last time because we had a gift card. We will not be back to this Outback.

we ordered curbside delivery today from this outback. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich. Just like the burger I was expecting a whole sandwich on a round roll with Aussie fries. I received one half a sandwich and no Aussie fries in the take out box. This is not the first time outback has screwed up my takeout order from this location but IT WILL DEFINITELY BE THE LAST TIME because i will never eat at outback again. Your food is okay to good but your service and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired.

My and my daughter just went to outback to eat a always fantastic dinner, we started with our bread. It was good as usual when we got our main course my daughter looked down and said, "dad there are ants everywhere! I demanded a manager when she came over her answer to us was " well its hot outside." We said we were leaving thats when she gave us a TEN dollar gift certificate to come back. TEN!!! We went to the outback in conchahocken btw. I will never go back there again.

The lady that seats you with a headband and ponytail totally ruined my experience. To the point i didnt even want to eat. We went there only about 8 other individuals in the entire resturant. I ask for another seat as i was uncomfortable. She nicely ignored me 2x after she acknowledged i wanted seat changes. Food was so so had to send back raw fish. . i dont paint all outbacks as such. Jus had a crappy experience because of hostess

The food is really good here. Wait times can be very long if you come at a typical busy time. They have a call ahead function on their app to get in line which I think helps but we still had to wait 10 minutes after we got there. Service attentiveness can drop also during the busy times but at other times it is great. Their app also lets you pay for the bill at the table which cuts down on wait time at the end of the meal.
