I went to Fridays last night for dinner and drinks and sat at the bar because the baseball game was on. We immediately were given menus and were waited on for drinks....from there it went straight downhill. While waiting for beverages, swarms of fruit flies flew in my face. I swatted but they returned. My displeasure was obvious but as to not cause a scene, we moved to the other side of the bar. Less than a minute later, they started re-appearing. The drinks were delivered but I knew there was no way that I could eat there. Tons of liquor bottles with spouts, sticky mixers with spouts and ice were all in this vicinity. I could not stay. Really I felt like I shouldnt even should pay our drinks. We told our server we just wanted our check and told her the reason we were leaving. She said she understood and its been an ongoing problem, She said it is actually better than it was a few weeks ago. To me this is a major deal. How could a chain restaurant not pay for professionals to get in there and fix this problem? Weeks? Again, weeks? The place was dead for a Friday night and now I think I know why. My amazement continues how that wasnt a priority.

I will NEVER come here again. First of all the prices do NOT match the quality of food. I ordered the NY strip steak that was roughly $22 for that meal. It does not come with a salad, they dont even have baked potatoes. With this price I assumed Id be getting a very good steak. Because you can get a great steak for $17 at Longhorn WITH A SALAD. This was not the case here. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare. When it was brought out to me it was cooked medium, not medium rare. The steak was very tough, I couldnt eat parts of it. I asked for mushrooms to go with my steak, the waitress entered it in wrong & gave me an order of deep fried shrimp. She tried charging me an extra $5 for gross shrimp I didnt even want. When I told her I ordered mushrooms & NOT shrimp she had the audacity to tell ME what she THINKS I ordered & gave me an attitude as if I didnt know what I ordered! She was very rude. I am NOT impressed with the service or the food. Never again.

This has been my favorite restaurant for many years (I am crazy about the Jack Daniels sauce) but todays experience was absolutely the best experience Ive ever had here & I attribute that to the amazing service from our server, Kevin. It was late & there were about 6 couples dining with 2 to-go orders and he waited on all of us as well as running the bar with prompt service - we never once got to the bottom of our beverage before he was asking if we needed a refill, he was quick to clear our dirty plates, the food came out fast & he did it all with a smile on his face. We observed that the same level of service was provided to the other couples there as we dined. He even went above & beyond when a to-go order came in and he asked if she needed assistance taking her order to her vehicle. Just wow! I will definitely be requesting him the next time we come in.

Weve been going to TGIF in Strongsville since they opened for birthdays because they make a guest feel special by singing to them and the food has always been good. Weve spent at least a thousand dollars here on personal and business visits. On August 30, 2012 I specifically mentioned to Dan the host that we were here for a birthday and would he please let our waitress know. Well, after dinner we ordered dessert and the waitress brought it out with no fanfare. So, I went up to Dan and asked him about it and he said he forgot to tell her and that he would handle it. After waiting another 20 minutes with nothing happening, no apology, no gift card, no future free dessert, NO attention at all, I left in disgust. It was not even a very crowded evening.

While the service was great the cleanliness of this location was lacking. The floors were sticky from walking in to the restaurant all the way to using the extremely dirty bathroom. It looks like they had not cleaned for a few days. I cant imagine how nasty the kitchen is if they cant clean the rest of the place. So salads come.....no eating aparatis...so we grab them.off the next table since we sat for a bit waiting for the hows your salad check in...and surprisingly MY fork already came with salad dressing cooked on it all the way up the fork

I am currently sitting at TGI Fridays in strongsville, Ohio. The hostess who seated us today was nice enough, but she was very inappropriately dressed. Her skirt was very tight and very short...way too short to have a slit in the back, yet it did. If the slit had been any higher we would have seen everything. I am upset at the complete lack of unprofessionalism shown by the fact that the young lady was permitted to dress in such a manner. I have lost my appetite and will not be back to this location if this is acceptable.

My boyfriend and I came in to have dinner granted there were lots of kids and big groups. He ordered a burger with wings on it and I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken with pasta. His burger was just right but when I tasted mine the chicken was cold and the pasta was just warm. The chicken was also dry. They made another order of it but by then he was finished with his food. We were not in a hurry but I feel like the manager could have done more or to come over and apologize.

Due to food allergies, I asked for a modification (no seasoning on chicken) and instead of the normal side dishes, asked if I could just get plain pasta...they charged a huge amount for this, although this was much less food than other dishes, and I was trying to make it really simple and not be difficult. I hate going out due to having food allergies, so I always try to not be annoying, but this place just was a rip off.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here last night. The meal was fine. But we were both really bothered by the hostess. Not only were they all dressed inappropriately, but they were all very rude. It seemed that they all showed up to work to socialize with one another instead of to provide decent customer service. This put a damper on my meal.

We like this restaurant, food and service are always great! BUT, the restrooms are always terrible! The womens needs a full on deep cleaning, not just a tidy up. Could also use a complete remodel but just clean would be better! I would never expect a major chain like this to have a gas station quality restroom.

Went to the TGI Fridays in Strongsville. Service was nice, and food seemed good too. Until I noticed that the sandwich I ordered had no avocado on it, like it was promised in the description, and two thick slices of tomato instead, which I kindly requested to not have at all. Incredibly disappointed.

Service is iffy in the evenings. I had to listen to the waiter at the other table to hear the soup of the day and drink specials.... AFTER our waitress took our drink order. The blonde waitress that wasnt even our waitress... brought our entrée....RUDE! always something in here.
