I used to be a somewhat regular customer, approximately once per month, but I will not be going back. The experience was abysmal for several reasons: 1. The host was taking us to the back room when a server came out, literally waving his hands in the hosts face yelling"shoo." He knocked the host into me, which knocked me into my 11 year old daughter. The host recovered and seated us. 2. We were not offered a drink refill for our entire visit. 3. No plates were cleared from our table. 4. We were never given a check. I finally had to go to the register and tell them how many were in our party. 5. When I spoke to a manager he DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENOUGH ENGLISH TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. Save your money and go to a place where they have enough people to work and a manager that speaks English.

This use to be my favorite chinese food in the area, however upon leaving last night we noticed a problem with a group of people who were trying to cash out. Turns out they were charged double for their meals. When we paid 5 of us after the last of our group paid, they refused to let one of our people go, saying one of didnt pay. Yhe 5 of us had to sit and explain how we paid and what not for about 10 minutes.. weleft without an appology from anyone, and from that moment I decided I could never dine at a restaurant again that treats its patrons so badly.. sadly I announce I will never go here again... here is a tip for you people at ten ten. You might not want to treat your customers badly, your business eventually will fall.

Went an hour and a half before close and they had almost no food out, when I asked if they were gonna put more food out the waitress said "yes vewwy soon" half an hour later still nothing. So I asked a manager if they could put some food out because all we had gotten was drinks and rice... She said the exact same thing "yes vewy soon" then proceeded to just go stand in front of the counter. So we ended up staying 20 minutes til close and they never restocked the food.. We paid for our drinks that was all and left. I was very upset.

This is probably the best buffet in Kalamazoo or Portage. I eat there at least twice a month. The food is always good especially if you go during peak hours! They have lots to choose from and they have something for everyone. The hibachi is the way to go. Love it! I cant say much about the sushi since I dont like it but it always looks fresh and the plates are full. If you are looking for authentic Chinese this isnt it but for a regular buffet its great. The staff is normally very friendly.

If I could rate the food, I would rate it about 4 stars. But the customer service was horrendous. When we got our bill, we realized that they added a 15% tip without consent or a sign anywhere in the entire building. When we went up there to get it fixed, the manager was very rude. He basically said we were lying when we said that someone we were with had to go up and get drinks themselves because the server was never around. Ive never had an experience at Ten Ten like this.

The food was great, the service was on point for a buffet. Our drinks and plates were taken care of quickly, without the feel of being stared at by staff. There were no booths available because all of the tables for them were dirty, but after finding us a clean table at last, things went great from there. Some of the dishes were switched around, so that the labels didnt match up, but the food and environment were good enough to make up for any of it.

We like coming here, but they need to switch up the variety and organize the buffet tables better. (All deserts together, soups and said bar together, childrens choices, etc.) And better labeling of what is out). Items are not replaced fast enough when the bins are empty. The drink should be included IN the buffet price. $24 /2 people is not cheap. Also, the hibachi is not good here. Huge disappointment.

My first time trying Ten Ten was kind of disappointing. The fish tasted "off," some of the items on the buffet did not look fresh, poor selection of sushi (and based on the appearance/taste of the buffet fish, I wasnt keen on trying the sushi anyhow). In my opinion, the Hibachi Sushi Buffet has a wider variety and better food. The only thing going for Ten Ten, in comparision, was its hot tea.

I can say its not the greatest chineese buffet I ever had nor authentic chineese food (Ive been to china) but, it is definitely the greatest in town. I am surprised that they did not have oysters. If you are a sweet tooth then you will enjoy this place. I would really like the management to have a section for spicy chineese food.

I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars because it is slightly above average than your typical Chinese food buffet due to the range of choices. They have sushi, a grill where you can make your own stir fry, American food options, and an array of desserts. You will leave full but none of the dishes will knock your socks off.

Wontons and noodles overcooked. Teri-yaki chicken--No taste. Had to wait for white rice. No beverage refills. Cold food on buffet. Fruit was warm. Little fried donuts stale and hard. First and last time were eating here. Feel like we need to go somewhsre to actually eat lunch--this wasnt edible.

Your typical Asian buffet, with a selection of more American style foods along with foods commonly associated with Asian cultures. My favorite feature is the sushi buffet, and Ive never had bad fish here. Their sushi options are varied, including a very interesting sweet potato roll.

The selection of seafood has gotten better. The other buffet items are what youd typically expect. The buffet was kept clean which is a big plus in my book but overall I think the food was okay. Not bad, and not great either. A solid buffet that gets the job done when youre hungry.

The wait staff tales the plates while still eating of them dont ask If u a re finished very rude this doesnt go for the wait staff that has bee n here awhile the new staff are very rude will not be back due to waitress being rude and taking my plate while still eating off it

Best buffet in Kzoo. The sushi is fantastic and the food is better than at any other Chinese buffet. The place is big enough that Ive never had to wait for a seat and the staff is always helpful. I live 3 minutes away from Hibachi and I drive 15 minutes to go here.

+Open till 11pm, good selection of Chinese food, American fries and chicken too. Friendly, quick and efficient staff. Clean and modern bathrooms. We arrived at on a Friday there was plenty of seating and food. Worth tge 30 min drive from Battle Creek.
