Oh. My. Gosh! Whoever thought up the idea of Insomnia Cookies is a Genius!!! These are the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted and they are soo soft and chewy!! It makes you feel like you are eating some of Grandmas freshly baked homemade cookies! As soon as you walk in you are instantly attacked by the smell of warm cookies. The prices are a little high but they are worth! And Im kinda glad they are real cheap because I would go there ALL the time! And the best part of all delivery service till 2 am!?! Omg best idea ever!! How many times do you get the late night munchies but you dont feel like going to the store or cooking?? But with insomnia cookies you can just give them a call and they will bring cookies to you and they taste homemade!! The only problem I have with this company is they isnt one in my town so I have to drive over an hour to get some of these deliciously warm cookies!

I am currently long distance with my boyfriend and wanted to have something delivered to his house for our anniversary. There arent a ton of options in Tallahassee to have desserts delivered, but I am very happy to have used this company. I requested for the cookies to be delivered at 8:00PM because I knew we would be skyping then, and they were delivered EXACTLY at 8:00! The cookies were still warm and the ice cream still cold. He loved it! Everything looked delicious and my boyfriend said it tasted as good as it looked.

Im so surprised about hearing all of the negative reviews of Insomnia Cookies. I have never had a negative experience, everything is quick. I love the "cookie tracker" which tells me real time status updates about what part of the delivery process my order is at. From the warming container that the cookies get delivered in, to the perfect cookie every bite, including the ease of purchasing my cookies, its always been great for me. I will continue to purchase from Insomnia Cookies for many years to come.

Extremely disappointed. I paid $5 and change for a brownie sundae, description said it came it a jumbo scoop of ice cream. The ice cream was 2 spoonfuls, if that. Such a waste of money, I would have gotten the brownie for $2 and change. I paid $3 for a tiny bite of ice cream. Everything was great, but I will not be ordering again from Insomnia Cookies because of this.

Horrible customer service. I used the cookie tracker and saw my order was delivered even though I had never gotten it. Called the number for my local store twice and had to listen to elevator music for 10 minutes each time and then was directed to a customer service representative who put me on hold to call the store herself.

Order placed at 12:21 AM. called to cancel my order at 2:00 AM and was told I couldnt do so, because the order was already out for delivery. Order was delivered at 2:30 AM with free cookies and milk to make up for it

Placed an order 2 & a half hours ago. I called the number, it was a hotline who had to ask my city & state... She sent me a coupon for 6 free cookies but Ive yet to get the cookies I ordered originally.

The desserts are pretty awesome^^ Came about 30 minutes after the order was placed online and delivered to my dorm (at around 12:45am) , the delivery girl was really nice too!
