Firehouse subs on 40 is by far the best subs restaurant around. Everyone greets us with a welcome to firehouse. Glen, the manager is very friendly. He even comes out to see if every thing is good. If he isnt too busy of course. Sharon and Tabitha at the register is fantastic, they know the menu and will explain anything you ask about. If by chance you dont like what you got they will fix or change it. They are prompt and efficient. The size and quality is by far the best around. My husband and I go there at least once a week and never ever have a problem.

Their subs are tasty, but they are ridiculously slow. I waited about 25 minutes for one sub! My mom and I went shopping at Ross, and I walked over to Firehouse while she went to Sallys across the street. She lingered at Sallys to give me a little time to eat, and came back to pick me up...only to see I hadnt even gotten my food yet. The manager said it was "hectic" and they were short-handed (2 sub-makers instead of 4), but there were only 1 or 2 people ahead of me, and it wasnt busy...

I NEVER write reviews but I had to. First off the cashier (older lady with gray hair) was so rude and put off that she had to take my families order. Second my sub had a hair wedged in the middle so I walked up to take it back. My meal was never comped, no sorry from management no coupon NOTHING. Third, the kids grilled cheese is a joke.period. Ill stick to publix or subway from now on.

Best Sub Ive Ever Had! I went there for the first time today and i couldnt be happier. The staff on East Silver Springs were really nice and walked me through ordering. They actually brought my sandwich to me and my sandwich actually had a lot of meat on it (especially when you compare it to Subways portions). My Italian samdwich was amazing and i cant wait to go back.

Cashier was miserable. Sat waiting for our food and noticed how filthy everything was. Decided to eat outside figuring it would be better. It was just as dirty and a horrible caterpillar infestation. Food was fine, but hardly had an appetite for it. This is definitely nothing like our experiences at other firehouses.

Honestly way too slow, first time ever trying firehouse subs and just wasnt even that great. The sub had extremely little to no cheese, i asked for no mayo and there was mayo anyway but no ranch so that pretty much just ruined my appitite. Dont see what all the hype was about, would rather go to Publix or Subway

I love going to firehouse on 40! The people who work there are always friendly always great us when we walk in. The food is always fresh and so so so good! I would recomend it to anyone who wants good food and good service! Love this place!

Been to the sr40 location 5 times total. My dad bought me lunch for my birthday and this is the second time my sub has come right out of the steamer cold. Never had a problem at the one on Sr 200. But 2 out of 5 cold hot sub?

My sandwich was incorrectly made.. I called their going to send me a free medium sub coupon.. The young males working, obviously didnt have it together at all.. Missing all the veggies and mayonnaise is going little overboard

Excellent subs. Well worth the wait. When they say welcome to Firehouse Subs they should say it with some meaning behind it instead of very unenthusiastic. Actually they dont need to say it at all that can just say hello.
