I have traveled to five guys all of the US. Last night had to be the worst example of professionalism i have ever seen. While leaving a GM event with a fellow GM of a local dealership. We decided to stop in and grab a bite. As the staff watched us exit the vehicle, we watched an employee take off running at full speed from door to door around the lobby. Locking the doors and turning off the open signs. Mind you at this time there is there to 5 mid teen to early twenty year old patrons or people that are not in the five guys uniforms. Watching this from the inside, laughing. As we entered the building. The young male cashier dressed in a black shirt, smirks and says "Sorry guys, we just closed." as the employee and the patrons laughed. A fellow GM looked at his watched and commented to the young man. Its five minutes to ten. Then the cocky cashier says with a smirk. Well, sorry sir, we go by our time. After being annoyed by the whole situation my fellow GM asked the young man for a card. He smartly stated "sure one of our punch cards the tenth burger is free. As his audience laughs at what has now become his comedy skit. Now the fact that they were closing was not a problem. but the utter disrespect of the situation and they way it was handled was very lacking in tact and im sure the training from such is big company has a different closing procedure in place.....

They know how to do burger and fries here! The burger was delicious and the seasoned fries are really, really good. If you are coming to Five Guys you probably should know what you are getting into. Burgers! The service was quick and friendly and they got the orders correct. We came at the lunch hour rush and were in and out in a reasonable time considering when we came. One issue that made the experience unpleasant was the temperature of the restaurant. It was absolutely freezing inside. It was nuts how cold it was. Im not the type of person that complains of its a bit chilly inside but this was almost unbearable! we actually considered eating our food in the car. If you are a burger and fries type of person this restaurant will not disappoint you.

Five guys is my favorite burger place but this location is bad!! We stopped in on tbe way to Orlando. The parking lot has like 10 spots maybe. Its super small. We had to sit and wait a good 10 mins for a spot to open and it ended up being next door at starbucks. The milkshake was kinda blah and I didnt know you could mess up a milkshake. My burger was red inside which I find gross!! I didnt take it back up cause there was a line, we were in a rush and we had already wasted so much time waiting for a spot and getting our food. I wont be coming back to this location.

Saw the ranking of Burgers in US and Five Guys was listed as pretty good in those. Tried it today - Absolutely horrible! The burgers ( patties) were flat, absolutely dry no juices at all, no taste also. Seems like made of frozen patties. I was very disappointed. In addition - I made or "costumed" my order, didnt matter - I didnt mark lettuce to be included - it was there, hot sauce I wanted - that wasnt there. I would tell - all was far below ordinary. I will never go to this place again. I would not recommend anybody even to try burgers there.

I love 5 guys in Brandon. However, Lakelands 5 guys was in another level of disgusting. The windows, floors and tables were covered in bugs. I even killed one with a paper towel when it landed on the table. The bugs were similar to mosquitoes in appearance. When asked, the staff stated the were "mayflies...theyre nocturnal and the dont bite." Excuse me are they the store pets!?? Its a health violation. Not 1 or 2 but hundreds.

The girls that work their need to develop people skills. When a customer asks you a question, answer them. Dont just nod your head and walk away. This store also has to pay attention to who walks in. I order my food online, and Im tired of having the "flag someone down". Maybe they should just start actually looking the customers in the eye? The burgers are good though!

We have a couple of 5 guys near where I live in Maryland and know how excellent the food can be; we were starving after driving 22 hours but this was a total let down, the counter person was cold, the large fry wasnt a bag full of frys, just a cup and a handful more in the bag and the burger wasnt even hot. Id rather go to Wendys then this particular 5 guys.

My family and I love this place!! The night staff is great!! I ordered my burger and forgot to mention my food allergy. Zach and Sandy apologized for my mistake and without hesitation made me another burger. Zach also made my daughter very happy when he made her a milkshake. Wonderful experience and will keep coming back!

The people that work there are on drugs and are dealing drugs out of the property..a few of the management is on drugs,not to mention people that steal out of the register,get fired then rehired cuz they are dealing drugs.. This place should be shut down,and the police raid that place....

As always the burgers were prepared to perfection. However the store was kind of messy. Tables were not clean; floors not presentable and there apparently was nobody there to clean it up. It was quite busy and that probably would have been helpful. Staff was polite and friendly.

The people who work here are very hard working and make a very nice atmosphere. One guy was singing every song that came in the radio while he cleaned the dining area and it really made the mod light and friendly. This was my first time at a 5 guys. The food was good too.

Great atmosphere! Austin C. took our order, and he made the experience 100% better. He was friendly, out going, and very helpful. The food was also great. I do not think of 5 guys often as a food choice, but I honestly enjoyed my experience and plan on going back soon!

Great burgers! Friendly staff. Fast service. Pristine restaurant; very clean. The staff was happy and that made us happy, too. The coolest and most state-of-the art Coke machines I have ever seen! I will definitely come back! I highly recommend this restaurant. :)

First time trying. It was extremely good. The food was tasty, service was very good. Was a bit higher in price but that was because the quality of the food was top notch. It was real meat not that cheap crap you get at McDonalds. Will definitely be back.

Not as good as five guys use to be. But you still cant find a better place to get a burger this quick. Fries are always good and you get so many that you can share one with everyone. Moderate price and better then Mackey d and burger King.

Best burgers/fries in the Lakeland area. You just cant beat the deliciousness of their large (size) burgers, and how fresh everything is. Their fries are cut fresh daily, and they show you where the potatoes came from on that particular day!
