Dead fly on the counter. Chalupa was burned to a crisp (dark brown color). Order was forgotten. After a long wait I went and asked them and the said they had got it mixed up with the drive through order. Then when we got it, it was wrong--steak not chicken. Finally, it took forever (and another trip to the counter) for a single soft taco ordered separately. I asked the girl at the front to talk to the manager, after another long wait I asked again and she finally told the manager I wanted to see her. When I talked to the manager she apologized and made excuses saying there were only 2 people making food. This was about 6:30 pm and it didnt seem very busy

Its my go to place when I need fast, cheap and tasty. Employees are fun and helpful. They are open insanely late which is helpful when you work late or traveling late and need to eat. I love that they have pepsi products and they added a energy drink inspired mountain dew that tastes amazing. Only complaint is they never seem to understand what NO ONIONS mean. I hate onions and they always add them so I just dont order anything with onions when I go through the drive thru. Also it sucks when you love a new limited time item and they remove it. Its heartbreaking to foodies.

I have been to this Bell a few times for a late (9- 11pm) snackage and been happy with the food. The service was excellent my last few visits. The cashiers have been willing to take a quick second to allow me to indulge in my idle chatter while they worked (namely Jared and Channel- whos voice seemed to comfort just like the food does!). I was surprised at the level of engagement....it was like I was a New Yorker who had been going to the same hotdog cart for decades, they were that friendly! Thank You Taco Bell!

By far the worst experience at any fast food place I have ever been to. After waiting 25 minutes we realized they forgot the order, then they finally made the order and "forgot" to ring up one of the meals and wanted me to pay for it. On top of all of that, the food was cold. 0 stars.

This taco bell sucks for late night eating. Supposed to have a gordita crunch and got a damn taco that was just bean dip and lettuce. And ordered a 3hard taco meal and got a soft taco in it folded like a hard taco like i wouldnt notice. Not even busy so no excuse to mess up that much

4/20/2016 My nephew, his wife, and their two children got food at the Taco Bell on Hwy 200 and got food poisoning. Somebody there appears to not know about cross contamination and why its a health hazard to use the same utensils for different meats and vegetables.

Went through drive thru got a drink. By the time i finished the drink i went to fill up with water. I found black stuff in my cup went to clean out and end up finding a dead fly under my ice. I now refused to eat here anymore

Worst taco bell in ocala. Food was poorly made......more like slopped together. They use old dried potatoes for the items that have them. It is ridiculous that they are even still in business.
