Terrible service, mediocre food. 4 of us from work got a lane to enjoy 3 hours of bowling at 6:30pm on 12/16/16. We got to lane 17 and immediately ordered appetizers and drinks. After 33 minutes of bowling (theres a timer on your score screen) we recieved ONE of our 4 appetizers and still no drinks. 14 minutes after that, we recieved our other appetizers and drinks. (We did ask the server a few times where everything was) Not wanting to lose his attention, we ordered 4 meals. Simple really...1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 cheeseburger with lettuce and cheese on the fries and 2 fish tacos. After 35 minutes of waiting, we again asked our server about our meal which he said he would check. 25 minutes after that, he and another bring our food. Both fish tacos have ONLY a piece of fish and cilantro in them and a cheeseburger is missing the lettuce and cheese on the fries. Fed up, my buddy gives in and tells the server its fine....he will eat it like that instead of waiting another hour to fix it. The Server than tells all of us that the kitchen staff is behind. Apparently, according to our Server, the Kitchen staff was out drinking the night before and werent moving as fast as they usually do!!!! What? Whatever!!!! All of our plates of eaten food were never picked up so we pushed the button to request wait staff. He finally shows up to which we ask if some can be cleaned. He says he will "find someone". He found no one. No one came back. The only good point to the night is we had fun bowling and considered adding a couple additional hours of bowling but we did not. My company pays for these outings quite often. There should have been a lot more of us but due to scheduling, we didnt. This place could have been our go to but because of the terrible customer service, we will not be back.

Yesterday around 1pm my boyfriend, son and I came to this establishment to go bowling and spend money. In the 5 minutes we were there, we had the worst experience and horrible customer service. As we approached the bowling counter there was a young girl sitting on a chair and a guy behind the counter. He looked at us and walked away. The girl eventually got up and came to greet us. We told her we wanted to get the $49.99 special in which she replied that they were not honoring that as they were out of cheese for the pizza. She said we could just bowl for $24.95 an hour. We started to leave when we turned back around to ask if they could substitute the pizza for something else like maybe nachos or something. The girl went to ask her manager and when she returned simply said no. The manager on duty couldnt be bothered to come talk to us. This is the second time we have tried to go bowling there and the second time we have left without doing so. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lack of professionalism. We went over to Strikers and they were packed with a bowling league and despite not being able to bowl there either, they gave us coupons and a sincere apology. The least your staff could have done is posted a sign stating that the special was not being honored that day and an apology by the staff member. She acted as though we were making her go out of her way to actually do her job. I am highly disappointed and plan on telling anyone who thinks of going there about our experience.

Unusually, the restaurant and bar were completely empty when we went late in 2015 on a Saturday night. They seem to want to be a lot of things: sports bar, bowling alley, fine and casual dining, and an arcade. Rock Hill doesnt have much entertainment to offer, so this was nice even though a bit odd to mix. The place looks nice and clean. There are a lot of TVs outside the main restaurant area. We had a nice dinner. The arcade area was fun even for adults, although we had some machines take our money or not give the proper tickets. We were given extra credits on our word to the staff about machines not starting. Being located at the mall should give both more traffic, so hopefully it stays alive.

First off, I wish I could leave no stars. We came in there to watch to the playoff game and it took forever to be waited on. I had to go to the bar to get our drinks. We were sitting in the lounge area where the big TV is and then the waiter finally comes and told my girlfriend if she doesnt come back just come to her in the back to place an order! She gave us a our tab which was $33 and charged my card $38. After trying to straightened it out she ensured me that she Made the correction, only for me to be charged $38 when I look at my account this morning. The service is horrible and the food is disgusting with no seasoning. We WILL NEVER go back!!!

Bowlers be warned this alley has no oil on the lane your shoes will stick on the approach. I would also recommend if you do go to use rental shoes as mine now have sticky spots as soda has clearly been spilled on the area you stand in to wait your turn. For added effect it was raining and the roof was clearly leaking because the lane near ours had a puddle forming on it which I posted pictures of for the review and will link one to this review. Overall I would not recommend bowling here if you have any sort of experience or want to get into the sport.

Staff was more concerned with sitting at the bar and standing around talking to each other instead of waiting on their customers. We were seated at our table and never approached by a waitress/waiter. Sorely disappointing! Especially since we sat and waited for almost 30 minutes before we had to flag someone down ourselves in order to even get a glass of water. Big thanks to Zack for taking care of us (even tho it wasnt his assigned section) Oh, and shout out to the "shot girl" ... she did stop to ask us if we wanted to buy a jolly rancher shot!

As a 17 year old I feel that it should be posted that revolutions ids everyone that walk though the door after 8. Me and one of my friends wanted to go bowling so we figured we would go to revolutions. Upon arrival the host asked for our ids and we explained we only wished to bowl and she then told us if we were under the age of 18 we had to leave. I would appreciate if this new rule, which was not in place a month ago, was posted and informed to those who attend this place.

Didnt expect my buffalo chicken to come out like this at all. The bread was tasty but the actually chicken tasted microwaved. Wife said her chicken sandwich tasted just as "bleh" so maybe we just didnt expect this from an $13+ entree. First time and very possibly my last. Saturday evening visit. Update: server told the chef and they said they were sorry about the poor food. At least an apology is better than nothing.

The last two times I have went to this place the some of the staff act like they dont want to be at work and when you check them about it the manager tries to tell you how to talk to. The drink I was paying for was not correct and the bartender was not happy at all to remake it. That is where the problem came in because its my money paying for it...
