So, my husband and I were deciding where to get pizza and it was between Dominos and here at Pizza Hut. Needless to say we should have went to Dominos! The pizza gets here on time but forgets the diet pepsi so now were trying to eat while its still hot and have nothing to drink, As I started eating some garlic cheesy knots I noticed that there was no cheese and that it was all stuck to the pan so I ate another, no cheese, and another no cheese then I finally got one with cheese and it was pretty awesome. I still would have liked all of them to have had cheese in them. Then the pizza was half mine and half my husbands and his half was good but my half was drenched with Italian sausage and pork sausage and all i could taste was sausage. Im sorry but this was way more than their allotted amount since i was told that they measure it. I also had pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, & black olives and you could still taste nothing but sausage! So I called and spoke to the manager and she told me that its a measured amount that she couldnt do anything about the toppings I chose! She was happy to replace the $5.99 garlic knots but she acted like I was trying to get something for free! Hell they could have had it back, I literally couldnt finish 1 piece and Ive ordered this type of pizza before and it was never that strong! Needless to say, I threw the rest away. This was just ridiculous. My husband and I are actually here for cancer treatment and we keep food in our room so we dont spend too much eating out and the one night we do it turns out completely disgusting! I use to love Pizza Hut! Its service and customer service has majorly gone down hill! Anyways, Ill never eat or come to another Pizza Hut and Ill be calling corporate tomorrow.

Non-existent customer service at this pizza hut located next to Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee, IL. We ordered some appetizers and couple pizzas and after 15 mins got the appetizers. The waiter appeared 20 mins later and said they have "lost" the order and told us to wait half-hour more or gave an "option" to get out by paying for the appetizers! No apologies nothing. Just throwing up some lame excuse saying theres an order for a party of 15 ahead of us and our order may have been missed etc. No feedback was ever taken from us as the manager was nowhere to be found and we didnt want to wait another 15 mins to let the manager know about "their" problem! Our party with 3 very hungry kids had to leave the place looking for another place to eat! Lately, we have had some bad experiences at other pizza hut locations, but this was by far the worst!

Horrible service... I would give no stars if I could... I walked in right behind a driver (driving a red Ford Taurus). I stood there waiting for him to finish with his orders at the register. He looks up at me about 5 times and says nothing. So I figured "hes a driver he cant take my order anyway". As hes finishing, another associate "Ash" comes out from the back yelling and being goofy. The store didnt have anyone in it so fine have fun. She looks at me and says sorry didnt know anyone was here... And walks away... I even asked to have my order taken and I was ignored l. I stood there for about 5-10 minutes before walking out. How can you have 2 associates working and not taking orders?

Worst tasting pizza ever made took an hour to get here once arrived was cold and completely burnt ironically but then called to complain spoke to a manager who acted and sounded like he was in high school like it was my fault it was terrible service anyway he gave me a credit of 16 dollars so since Im from out of town I ordered the same exact thing the next day and they told me I had no credit there till I demanded to speak with a manager they finally sent out my order but still. Had to pay 6$ never and I mean never will I order there again I am now terribly sick and they are all I ate all day once again

Terrible. Just find another resturant. The first person I spoke to didnt know about the menu. I asked him what was my total price and why it was so high he instantly put someone else on the phone. The next person who got on the phone couldnt explain anything to me either. Then I ordered wings an was told I has to pay for the sauce. It seemed to me that no one in the restaurant really wanted to be there and did everything to make me no want to order there. Poor customer service.

Overall great service. Ordered online and from a different area code (in our of state on a mini vacation). My order was pretty extravagant. Half my pizza I needed totally vegetable (premium vegetable pizza) and the other half was pepperoni and ham. They made sure to not get any meat in the vegetable half. Order was ready by the time I arrived for pick up. Customer service was also good.

I spent $22 for a meal I couldnt even eat. The pizza dough was NOT cooked, the cheese in the crust was like silly putty and the chicken WINGS I ordered were half cooked chicken nuggets. I was unable to finish my meal. It was disgusting. I have told everyone I work with (approximately 300+ people) to NEVER order from this pizza hut. Waste of hard earned money.

So I went to Great America, and wanted to have some Pizza Hut. I drove around for 20-30 minutes and finally found them. Their sign was off and the staff was extremely rude, and would not let us eat in the store. When we asked for parmesan cheese, the worker got mad and dumped his entire box of packets on my pizza.

I placed an order using the pizza hut app and it said the pizza will be here in 1 hour 10 minutes. I called after the alotted time and was told tht it will be here at 8:15 pm.

Pizza and wings arrived fresh and hot, 20 minutes sooner than quoted. Delivery guy was friendly and pleasant. Good food, good prices, would order from again!
