Food was good. Service was terrible. Seated quickly. Quality meat. Was excited to see they offered a gluten free bun for $1.50 up charge (I usually go bunless),but it was the worst of the GF- Udis nasty bun unfortunately. I would expect better given the cost and menu brags. Fries were good. Order is great for sharing. Lots of grease all around. Food deserves at least a 3 1/2-4 stars, but the service was awful. Had to flag her down for refills. Ketchup on table was empty so we asked for more. She returned 10 min later after our kid had gone and got some from another table for his $11 burger while his drink had sat empty for 20 minutes. Order came out wrong for one guest, correct order arrived after everyone else was finished. She wasnt busy enough to even walk briskly, let alone to ignore us. Sat our bills down and said nothing. Cashed us out and said nothing. Sad when a good concept and good food is overshadowed by crappy employees.

First was great but the second time was not so much. Most likely I will not be back. The hostess was having a bad day and was not glad to be there. She slammed our menus and was huffing and puffing. She needed a break for sure. Guess they are not nice to their employees. Then they switched their menu, took away the sandwich that I loved and changed the ingredients on another sandwich my sister gets. I love food bursting with flavor and this place does not cut it. I like the looks and craft beer. The bartender on the other hand is pretty cool, doesnt blame the customer for a busy or bad day and keeps his cool. No one was smiling or happy and the food was on that same level too. Not sure what happened from the first time to the second time. Flipside, Please take this review and improve. Thank you

Excellent burgers! On our first visit we had fast, friendly & attentive service. The second time we went the food was excellent again but the service was inattentive at best and extremely slow. We had to ask the hostess (who was busying herself rolling silverware right next to us) to ask our waiter (who never came back after bringing our food) for our check. We had empty water glasses for most of our meal ( one would think the hostess could do refills instead of banging silverware around right next to us) for our check and then it took more than 5 more minutes to get it. Too many options nearby to take a chance on this place again.

This is a restaurant with great service and curbside appeal. The burgers are OK. They are above average with snappy names and creative toppings. However, the burger itself is about average. the atmosphere is really nice. The service and bartenders are nice enough. The truffle fries, a popular item, are heavy and come in a large order. One order would fill up 3 people. The fries can be greasy, so come prepared with some Tums. This is a must try for burger lovers out there. Some creative options in a fun atmosphere. However, most of the burgers are $10 and above so make sure youre ready to eat and bring your wallet.

Although my boyfriend loved his hamburger, I wasnt impressed with mine. It was good, but nothing I couldnt make or find else where for cheaper. Im not one to complain, but the service we had was very poor. We were seated right away which gave me high hopes, but then we had a waitress that couldnt smile if you paid her to- literally. After being seated, we waited while the two couples who came after us were seated, fed, and left- until our food was out, and to top it off the waitress forgot to refill our drinks & we didnt receive the fries we asked for. Overall, I wasnt happy with the service and probably wont go again.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. It was not busy. It took 40 minutes to get our food, which seems pretty unreasonable given the slow business, the price paid, and low quality of the food. They forgot part of our order and then took an additional 10 minutes to bring it. The fries were completely unseasoned. The burger was obviously frozen and not freshly made while being completely unseasoned; quite tasteless. It all seemed very low quality for the price. I had much higher expectations based on the reviews. It is a nice looking building and the outside patio is nice, but I will not be eating here again.

Review for Liberty Center, West Chester, Ohio location only. Overpriced mediocre burger at best. Ordered corn dogs for the little one because there is no childs menu. $9 for four very small corn dogs is unacceptable! I had the $12 "The French Flip" burger which was supposedly topped with short ribs, however it was very difficult to determine this because of the extremely small amount on the burger. Maybe a teaspoons worth of rib meat on the burger. We have been to the Columbus, Ohio location in the past and it was a much more pleasant experience. Much larger portions and overall better food at that location.

The food was great, the environment was good, however, I will not take my family there again. It was extremely expensive for a family of 5 to eat lunch there. There is NO kids menu so my 7 year old had to order an $8.50 burger that comes with a side of NOTHING. And he couldnt even eat the whole thing. Also everything else on the menu doesnt come with any sides. We spent $10 just to order some fries for the 5 of us. I like the fact that the beef is Ohio grass fed and the fries were delicious but definitely cant afford a $75 lunch (plus tip, $90). :(

Food was decent. Server didnt ask how Id like my burger cooked, I get a overly pink burger which is repulsive in my opinion (to each their own) Burgers are overpriced, sides are ala carte $4 for fries...outrageous. No kids meals available, at all. The only things young children will eat are $8.49 and above and its basically mac n cheese by itself or corn dogs by them selves. All and all, I wont return. I was not impressed. I had high hopes, we are always looking for great hamburgers so we decided to try. mediocre high priced burgers.

The atmosphere is inviting and the waitresses nice. I would say if youre the kind of person who doesnt mind pink in your burger this is the place to come, unfortunately I asked for well done and am not a let me see pink burger eater. If you want well done expect disappointment because it will still be pink. I picked at it and finally just gave it up. It was our first time here and we drove 45 minutes to try it and wont be back.

Been here several times. The food is good but the service is lacking. Was recently there and the place was not all that busy. Waitress took our drink order and by the time she returned we were ready to order but she just dropped off the drinks and walked off. Waited about 15 minutes...still no waitress...before we got up and walked out. Not the first time with bad service. Not sure if we will go back.

We were torn between 5 guys or a sit down restaurant. Came to flip side. Bland extremely greasy burger lacking in flavor. I was beyond disappointed. I eat my burgers without sauce so perhaps this is what makes their burger. If so go elsewhere. If you buy a burger it should taste like one. Usually grass fed beef has robust flavor. Dont believe this cow was fed grass for more than a week. Next!
