I visited this location on a Friday (today; 05/25/2017) at 6:45pm. I went inside and placed an order with my teenage daughter. When I went to pay, I only had a $100 bill in my wallet and 5 singles. The order was $15 something. The lady told me she couldnt break it without a manager and continued to stare at me as if I could make a $20 or such miraculously appear. No manager on duty I suppose as she wasnt budging to get anyone. She just stood there staring at me with a blank face. No apologies. No smile. Nothing. I was ready to say forget it, but my pregnant daughter wanted her WCs and we had to walk and find somewhere to break the $100 so we could go back and get the food. Then after receiving our order they forgot to include our cheese cups of which I had to ask for. I have a pregnant daughter and I spend at least $10 a day at this location. Add that up. That may not be much to Chestina, but it is a lot annually when added up for one to blow on take out food. They just lost that money from my wallet. It saves me up to 20 minutes drive through wait times and cash so thank you Chestina. What a shame.

Terrible service and messed up order 2 different times. Had to pull up and wait for order. They brought it out but forgot drinks. Son went in to get drinks to save the lady a trip back out & took a few minutes so I decided to check order & it was so messed up. So I went in also. Took a while for them to see how bad order was. Another lady finally said ok keep that and Ill give you the extra fry and 3 more burgers. Then the first woman that went out appears again with 2 bags like whats going on I have their stuff! She said did you order sweet potato fries!? I said no. Then a man who had been standing behind me for a while said thats me! He was pretty upset at his wait, too. Not worth the stop here.

My family stops here frequently. The wait is always about 10 mins or more. No matter the time. It could be 9 am or 5 pm or 2am. We always have to wait. Most the time our order is so messed up. They forgot a few sandwiches and gave us root beer instead of coke. They dont label the regular cheeseburgers from the jalapeño sliders. I just dont understand why we ALWAYS have to wait more than 10 mins for our food. It dont matter if we order 8 sandwiches and a 20 PC rings or just 4 sliders. Management or corporate needs to see whats wrong at this location. Theres no way drive thru times that high are good.

Employees may need improvement their attitude... I suggest dining room to stay clean mop up the floor and smell unpleasantly. It will be nice open 24 hour dining room sit down eat... Ill give five star at least do the best.
