Places slacks customer service. Ask a question in regards to menu pricing and they get annoyed. Breakfast meals come with a small coffee and hashbrown. Small coffee has same cost as a fountain drink pretty much. They charge you $0.60 to go to a small. Yet they cant explain why! The get very flustered and talk under there breathe. This is why they make $9.00 an hour and thats being generous. If you worked for me i would have fired you as soon as hearing your tone towards customers. The customers is what pays your check, dont forget that. Here is a way you can understand No customers, no sales, no money, no job.. Yes, i will be driving by your establishment to go to the next. I will not support rude employees because they cant handle confrontation. Time of incident was 0830 on Wednesday May 20th.

The people that work here are, for the most part, friendly and efficient. The dining room and bathroom are usually clean. I love the drink machine that lets you make a million different drink combinations, lthough it saddens me that k pv+ apparently not all the options were popular enough for management to keep them. The biggest problem for me is that they no longer have the stacker sandwiches. That was the only hamburger my daughter would eat. You have caused a serious problem for me, Burger King. That cost you a star.

The customer service so so, the restaurant is clean, but the food is pretty terrible. Ordered the new chicken sandwich and not only was the chicken patty dry and burned, the bun was scorched. I didnt even attempt to eat just took it back for a refund. Also the Whoppers at all BKs have organ meat (beef heart) now and taste like those cheap Flanders patties.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for food, went to pay and they told me to pull forward, lets see how much longer they take. 10 more minutes but had to go inside to get it, 30 whole minutes and food is probably cold.
