Most horrible customer service received EVER. I ordered a Whopper Meal on last night-8/30/16 in the drive-thru window. I and was asked to pull up because the Whopper was not ready. ( A Whopper.. .. not ready . Who ever heard of this.) I waited and I waited. Several cars behind me got their food and drove away. Finally, I back up to the window and was approached by the Manager-Ho-Sway (misspelled the name Im sure, but nevertheless). He had very poor customer service and when I asked to speak with the Manager, he replied " I am the manager and the person that took you order went to the bathroom and I am making sandwiches. " He was very rude, uncaring, insensitive so I demanded my money back. He returned my money and slammed the door window shut while I talking "saying have a nice day". Really dude.... If this is how the Manager acts as a leader, then you really cant expect much from the staff be any better. I experienced them being slow , cold food. However, this is the last experience that I will have there again because my money is going elsewhere. I dont want to rate the #1 star but nothing lower to choose from.

The store manager Robert Smith was trying to talk to me and offered me a job as assistant manager. I apply, for the position. He hires me under the position I applied for. Only to have Crystal, one of the managers with hella attitude, come at me like those teenagers. Saying bring your information to be placed on the schedule. You will be on a probationary period for 30 no 60 no 90 days. Then say with attitude, why you wanna work here. You need help. Then I find out that Robert Smith and this Crystal lady was so rude to my 70yr old mother. Almost as if they were going to jump her. This store has the worst management ever, to many sexual relations with employees. Plus they stealing from the job. The worst place ever to eat or work. Needless to say I never showed because of the attitude. This store will not last long.

Although the staff during my experience here were quite pleasant. Even at 1:30am the drive thru staff were polite. However the nice woman gave us the wrong drink order even after repeatedly correcting her. I must say I was taken by surprise when we got our food.we ordered two number 10s which were the chicken burgers. The fries seemed undercooked with a taste almost similar To freezer burn and the burger a little better but I couldnt finish even more than half of it without feeling sick to my stomach. Burger king i dont know if you all use real chicken or the clone meat but whatever you do just make sure it doesnt make people feel sick. Definitely Will not be going back.

Everytime I go to this place its a problem. And today I just had enough. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a 10 piece. Im in the drive thru mind you and it takes someone 15-20 minutes to comeback to the speaker to take my order. Then after I pay, I look in the bag notice I have no fries. Long story short, I got my fries and my sandwich was the wrong sandwich also. They minus well slapped me in the face and said next. Never going back. And if you read all this, I suggest you dont go either.

Wish i could rate no stars. Bad service if u r going at 2 am. Sometime no one come to the window but they suppoae to be 24 hours and when u do they say they close. Before they use to write my order down on a piece of paper n take my cash but idk how legal that is cause they could be pocketing the money. they never explain why they close if the sign day 24 hours drive thru.

Poor customer service, very cold inside the faculty. Staff were cussing and talking loud in the eating area. One staff member held the door open for 30 mins while taking to another staff person, both appeared to be off work but very inappropriate. Long wait for food and when it arrived it wasnt hot. Unfriendly staff!

THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER BECAUSE THE NEXT TIME I FOUND OUT AN EMPLOYEE HAS WORKED 8 HOURS WITHOUT A BREAK, I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND THIS SAME EMPLOYEE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT DAY THAT DID NOT GET A REQUIRED 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK. THERE IS ONE MGR THAT NEEDS TO LAY OFF OF THE WORKERS AND HER NAME IS DORA!

Next time rather than going here if Im hungry Ill eat my feet. It wasnt really bad food even though my simple order of French toast was covered in salt, it was bad service and lack of ownership from the management. I believe his name was Michael. I know this was a mistake and this one couldve been fixed but wasnt.

Theyre always messing up the orders & have to many flies to sit down and eat I swear. Somebody need to call the health department on them for all thoes flies. Its disgusting. The food is amazing & delicious. However the service & management is ridiculous. Im here now 7/14/2016 @ 4:52pm

The new BBQ pulled pork sandwich was disappointing. It was more solid and very sloppy put together. I think BK will be disappointed with the sell of this sandwich. I will not try again. The service was pleasant and quick. Advertised ice cream for $.50 and the machine was broke.

I live around the corner from BK and have been going to this location for 13 years. The food is always good and the order is aways correct. I aways do drive thru. I. am 50 years old and the staff young old are always pleasant, respectful and professional.

The service at this restaurant is awful! The drive thru cashier looked at us as if we were bothering her for coming. She even rolled her eyes when we asked for ketchup. Management did not care, on top of that order was screwed up $23 down the drain.

I came in during Church rush and I waited about 5-10 minutes is all but my whopper was done right. Ive been to burger Kings across the country as a truck driver and this is a pretty decent one.
