I made two trips to the store last weekend both times the food turned out to be cold and soggy. French toast sticks were hard as a rock. To top it off they charged my card three times for an order I didnt place! I called spoke to two managers that promised to have the general manager call me Tuesday. I received no call. I then called myself to find out that she was never informed about the incident. I was then told to get a bank statement and bring it in to get my money back. I attempted to call today to do this seeing as its the weekend and I have to work during the week and was told that once again she wont be back until Monday. Ive then asked for the owners name and phone number and was put on hold and left on hold for over an hour when I hung up and tried to call back the line stayed busy for over 3 hours. Obviously they had no intention of helping me or giving me back my money. I used to go out of my way to come to this location used to be good food and good service. not anymore they obviously do not care about their customers. I will not be back.

Late nigh staff rude, terrible service, long waiting time for order to be taken, and unclean. While waiting on our food they were cleaning the kitchen with a garden hose and then the guy cleaning went and worked with food without changing gloves. I asked for my money back and cancelled my order. They said the money would be put back on my card, but refused to give me a receipt stating that.

This is like the only Burger King in the area, so we go here for our Whopper fix. Theres a nice big indoor playground, that you can rent for birthday parties. Its fairly neat and clean inside, my one and only gripe is sometimes the employees are just not with it. Ive experienced and witnessed some rude behavior but it seems the attitudes have changed for the better lately.

Varying reviews I see. I guess it depends on who is running the store but my personal experience was great. I came at noon on a weekday and the food was great, the service was fast, and the friendliness was decent ( you cant expect too much from a fast food place in terms of friendliness ). So then, I highly recommend coming here on a weekday at noon.

Dont take you baby to this location if it might be possible you need to change their diaper. They do not have a changing table and when I asked about one, I was lectured by the female manager about the cleanliness of them and told to change her in my car!?!

Its not so bad I wont eat it, but its not good enough to be thought of first. Particularly before close, the staff is unprofessional and rather ignorant. And the food is rarely hot. But its edible.

worst Burger King ever!!!.... last two times Ive been there they gave me the wrong burger....the worst part is that I pay for the double whopper and I get a whopper and they are really slow.....

Terrible service. Takes a long time for food to come ouT. I have walked in several times at night and stood at the counter with no one in there. Food is mediocore...but hey...its burger king
