Ive been reading the some of the other reviews posted here. WOW! Management must have changed hands in the past year. This location is hands down the worst BK in Lexington. Shame too because I love BK! Service is snail slow, and the staff is rude and they goof off far too much. It is obvious that customer service is the last thing they care about. I was told that they could not take my order at the drive thru because they were too busy. There was only 5-6 cars in the whole lot!! From now on Clays Mill Rd location gets my business.

After I placed my order of mac n cheetos (ABSOLUTELY AMAZING), I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait as they dropped a fresh order. I have been to other BKs and received very old looking food, so it was refreshing to be given a fresh snack. The employee at the window was very nice and respectful. I will definitely be back!

Really satisfied. I had ordered chicken so they told me it would be a few minutes and as I was using the drive thru they asked me to pull forward. After about two minutes, I got my food, + free medium fries as an apology for the insignificant wait. Staff was also friendly and professional.

Worst experience! It has been 24 minutes since I ordered my food, and I am still waiting. The cashier is on her phone at the register. The floors are sticky. French fries and napkins are scattered on the floor.

Like almost all Burger Kings, its dirty, food is terribly overcooked, and the employees are rude and not very bright. Burger King isnt appealing to me because of this but to each his own.

Yayyyyy finally got our fruit loop milkshakes!!!! It never fails ANYYYYY burger king we have been to has either been out of fruit loops or theirachines are broken !!!!
