Ive been here 2 different times so far and I swear its AMAZING. My and my fiance have this one night every month where we try a new restaurant, whether we take out or dine in. The first time we picked this place we tried the pasta. He got the chicken parm and I got the chicken alfredo (I LOVE ALFREDO) first let me say that the serving size was unbelievable, they give you enough to eat twice but above that, the freshness and taste of the pasta was simply wonderful. The second time we ordered we got the meat lovers pizza, buffalo wings, and I got shrimp alfredo this time. That food was soooooo good its ridiculous. Like, seriously my alfredo prefect and the shrimp was HUGE and cooked to perfection to where the shrimp literally melted in your mouth like butter. The pizza was to die for, the crust to sauce ratio was exactly right, the toppings were fresh and the cheese they used was mouth watering. My fiance and my two year old son LOVES Wings and they DEVOURED those buffalo wings within minutes. So basically I said all that to say please try this place out, they are clean, the decor is beautiful and to top it off the food is astonishing.

The girls & I at work always order from Pats and have loved them. Today, we placed an order for lunch and my order was incorrect. I called Pats and explained the problem to them. The manager at the time expressed how sorry she was, she immediately put in my correct order and even offered me a free desert. My order arrived pretty quickly and it was perfect! Thank you for taking the time to resolve this for me right away! Will continue to purchase from Pats. :-)

Service was extremely slow, a lady walked in and stood there for five full minutes. No one ever came out of the back to greet her so she walked out we were the only people in this restaurant. There was four of us. Both bathrooms men and womens bathroom was disgusting. The food was good our waitress was in a bad mood and we seemed like we were bothering her. We also got charged $0.80 for our condiments. Will order on line but not visit the restaurant again.

The food is so good! Delivery driver, he is very nice and is very professional. The guy who answers the phone Friday nights, very nice, he hooks it up! The girl who answers the phone Friday during the day....knows absolutely NOTHING! She tried being rude after I had to repeat my order twice. Had no idea what the restaurant has..very frustrating!

All their pasta dishes are yummy. Ive tried appetizers too and never disappoint. Dessert on the other side, not the best :/ I give it 4 stars because their food is great, customer service too but desserts are not a recommendation i would make

LOVE their authentic Italian style pizza with HUGE SLICES. and their wings hit the spot too. The send out tons of coupons through their mail and rewards programs so I signed up earlier this month and Im almost at my free pizza already

The crust is perfectly soft, and each pizza slice is thick with tomato and cheese, and therefore they do not flop around. I recommend the pizza (personally plain) with the French fries!
