Burgers here are delicious! Im a So-Cal transplant who misses my In-n-Out Double-Double Animal Style, but with Smashburger in town... Im coping quite well. Burgers are juicy and not smothered in sauce as camoflage for poor taste. Ingredients are high quality. Sweet Potato Smash Fries are awesome. Ingredients are fresh. Staff and customer service are fantastic -- I have to strongly disagree with "boss1295"s review below. Feels like the owner really wants to be successful and have happy customers. Big fan! I eat here regurlarly. (Much better than the 5-guys locations around here, btw.)

Very nice staff. The place was very clean. Staff check up on me periodically and even gave me a 2$ off coupon on they way out the door. The food was good. However the hamburger had a little too much mustard and katchup on it... making it a mess when trying to eat. The hamburger also had a great amount of toppings. Which was nice, since most places give you only 1 pickel. They didnt skimp. Highly recommended place to grab a quick bit. I would recommend the management put something on the lower portion of windows. The headlight from the parking lot are enough to drive you nuts.

The best Smashburger I have ever been to! One of the best overall service experiences as well. The staff was outstandingly polite and helpful. Plus it doesnt hurt that their burgers are the best in the country. I travel the us coast to coast and have eaten every well known burger joint so that is sayin something!

They make some really great burgers here. I enjoy them quite a lot. Their downfall is that there is usually a wait. Ive had as long as a 20 minute wait there for food to get cooked. Not a deal breaker when I could tell that someone didnt show up for their shift. They were pleasant and accommodating so win-win.

Every employee seems to care about you as a customer. Even though I was there about 20 minutes before closing, and there was no more Iced Team the manager cheerfully made another batch just for me :-) My only complaint, and this is about Smashburger in general, Im not fond of the small french fries.

Tonight I was in the mood for a burger and Smashburger did not disappoint... I ordered a Double Smash Bacon Cheeseburger, a side of Smash Fries and a Chocolate shake and they were way better than I expected... Might make this place my new weekly stop to get my burger fix.

I have only had one bad experience out of over a dozen visits and the manager corrected the issue. The main website gives a good rundown on nutrition and there are a decent number of options for those watching our intake. Not bad for the type of eatery.

Loved the black bean burger! The smash fries tasted nice, but were too oily for my tastes. The fries are very thin, too. If you eat in, they do clear your table after you leave. Will definitely eat here again due to the vegetarian options.

Smashburger, despite being a chain, has some of the best burgers in the area ever since Five Guys left, and the store is very spacious and the service is always attentive and quick. Their milkshakes are also on point. Would recommend.
