HORRIBlE!! I WAITED IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES ONLY TO GET TO THE WINDOW AND THE "MANAGER" ASK ME FOR MY ORDER TO ENTER IT IN THE REGISTER. I"M LIKE HUH SO WHY DID YOU ASK TO TAKE MY ORDER 20 MINUTES AGO IF YOU DID NOT EVEN START ON IT!?? LIKE WHAT TYPE OF FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU ASK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER AT THE SPEAKER THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN THIS MANDATORY LINE FOR 20 MINUTES JUST TO REALLY TAKE YOUR ORDER AT THE DAMN WINDOW , LIKE WTF! THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN OR PROPERLY TRAIN AND HIRE SOMEONE THAT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF FAST FOOD.

3rd time showing up at 12am and they tell me theyre closed. The closing time on Google says 1:59am. The lady working told me it was wrong and Google has not updated. I waited 3 weeks to show back up at 12am and once again they are closed. Not only did we get lied to we got attuide from them. I Will never go back here and I will write a letter to corporate. If I owned this franchise I would be in shock at how my employees are treating its customers. Your losing profit by not policing your franchise. Dont waste your time here.

Worst Krystal I have ever been to. I showed up at 1:00pm, cashier said they were closed and were opening at 1:30....returned at 130, and was told they open at 2. I called the number and spoke to a gentleman who said that they were open pulled around to the drive-through one more time and were told they were closed and opened at 2. I watch them turn away several people at the drive-thru and walk up Windows. The store was open, the employees just didnt want to do work and told everyone they were closed. I will never return.

The food and service at the Union City location is terrible. My last two visits I got the 3 egg breakfast. The first visit I ask for a biscuit and got tuff toast. The second visit I ask for a biscuit and got toast, with no butter. The grits had no butter on them and the eggs were a little brown (overcooked) and dry. And the bacon needs to be drained when taken from the pan because it was greesy tasting. Also, the girl taking the order wasnt very friendly. I will NOT be going back there!

Absolute worst Krystals Ive ever been too. Cashier told us that the shake machine was broke yet once we get to the window we see its clearly working. Once asked about the shake machine she advised us that it would have been an inconvenience to make us some shakes. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. We spoke with the manager on duty and he let us know he was on his way out the door and didnt see an issue.

The customer service is very poor Ive went there 2 nights in a row and ended up leaving. The staff all seemed as if they had attitudes and one particular lady actually had and attitude and slammed the window in my face! I wasnt rude nor disrespectful I only asked a questioned and was treated in the most nasty way.! Will be contacting there corporate office in the a.m. To report the incident!

I was not able to at the drive thru because no one ever spoke to me, drove up to the window and got a crazy look from the cashier. Placed my order was told it would take 15 minutes after approx 20 to 25 minutes I went to the window to inquire about my order and was told it would take about three minutes. The manager seems to be the only one that know whats going on. Sad, sad, sad.

Stopped here while traveling on vacation. Extremely slow service and the food was not up to par with other Krystal restaurants. I ordered a green apple Kool-aid slush and it was basically liquid. I hate that. The texture of a slush is not, just pure juice. It has to be a nice mix of liquid and ice. Definitely been to way better Krystal restaurants before.

Worst service ever. From another state. Everyone said go to Krystal burger. Yeah.. This place was terrible.. They seriously gave us 2 Napkins for. 5 people.. We bought 24 burgers. And 5 drinks 5 fries... So it was not cheap. But we were treated terrible. The girl even rolled her eyes and said white people when I asked for more Napkins s and ketchup.

worst service and food from a Krystai I have ever gotten. I grew up with Krystal and love their food but this one I would avoid at all cost. food was cold, service at this walk up that was NOT busy took over 30 minutes for a 12 pack bag. my sister also odered one before me and hers took almost 1 hour to get, was wrong and was ice cold!!!!!!!!!

I havent even gotten my food yet but this woman is very rude its 10:18pm September 10 2015 at the drive thru. I already expect the food to be ok I hope it is but this is my review. The service so far has been what I would expect to receive from a character on Grand Theft Auto. Fyi I received great service from the Krystal near south lake mall

Just left drive thru. Ordered 3 Chiks a Junkyard fry and 2 Lrg Sprites. They didnt have any ranch for the fries, I purchased anyway (fewer calories right). Sadly, EVERYTHING WAS BURNT. We waited a couple of mins for the Chiks so we thought we had scored... WRONG! They sucked so bad

They wouldnt brew any new coffee. Its 42 degrees today and breakfast...wth. Then I asked for pup cheese which is shredded cheese in my chicken scrambler, instead I get that nasty fake orange slice cheese. I was disappointed and they still charged me for the pup cheese

Went to the Union City, GA location at 6:45 am. They were not open.Not sure of what was going on the person cleaning the parking lot had on a uniform. I asked him what time they open he said he didnt know. This is horrible service. They are suppose to open at 5:00am.

When you order your breakfast, you always have to pull over and wait. Then the food comes out cold. They really dont understand the concept "fast food". It shouldnt take 15 minutes to wait in line then an additional 5 minutes to pull over and wait for you cold food.

Worse Krystals ever...they never open on time and are very slow. They were supposed to open at 5am and still were not open by 615am...all the cashier could say was "I cant do nothing right now". This is an on-going problem at this store!

Terrible !!! On different occasions!! The register is always down so they cant take orders . This happened about 3 or 4 different times. Its not 24 hours either

Slow, slow, slow. It took me 45min to wait in line for my food. If cars wasnt behind me, then I would have back up. Never again will I come back.
