So far, I have had 3 bad experiences with the new Bagel & Deli Creations on 109. They close at 8PM on weekdays but you cannot get anything hot after 2PM. Thats fine if it was said nicely. The young women behind the counter gave me this disgusting look and attitude..like I should have known the grill was closed. A guy came out of the back and said he could do it for me anyway. I thanked the guy and waited. Next, I see her put my chicken cutlet in the microwave. The rubber chicken was not worth the time and attitude I got that day. Another time, we ordered breakfast over the phone. We get there about 5 minutes late. The guy behind the counter says your late. He didnt joke, he seemed annoyed at me. He told me that I had to pay extra for being late. I assumed he was joking but he kept going with it and it made me uncomfortable. I didnt pay extra of course. Just recently, I called in another breakfast order. The women on the phone asked me to fax my order. I told her that I didnt have a fax machine. She gets mad and says "Well you will just have to wait," and then puts me on hold. I hung up because of her rudeness. That is strike three for me. The owner needs to re-train these employees to be nicer. I understand that mornings are stressful but you just lost 2 customers and we have been so annoyed at the attitudes that we tell anyone that asks about the place.

Monster Bagels & Yummy Food! Not sure why the negative comments but I live in the area and have been to this deli for breakfast, lunch and dinner (grab a quick sandwich or salad on the way to college). I have probably been to this deli about 100 times in 3 years. Needless to say the food is great, the staff is friendly and the portions are pretty big. The deli is very popular is gets busy during peak times but the wait is never long. if it means anything: I have no affiliation with this place - i just love the food. We are using them for catering for the second time. First time we used them, we ran out of wings because they were such a hit!

Their food is good, but their service is not great. The woman who handles phone calls for deliveries snapped at me and left me sit on hold after I called back 25 minutes after placing my order so I could get a total. The only reason I need a total is to prevent the driver from getting stuck at our facility while we gather the money. I worked in the deli business for 10 years prior to this; and I have never experienced someone this nasty, nor never found the reason to be that snippy myself. I will be taking the corporate business elsewhere, that is for sure.

Bagel & Deli Creations, by FARRR has the BEST FOOD! The quality is great, the food is clean (you know what I mean if you order from a bagel/deli place), the service is great, and the prices are awesome. We have breakfast delivered to us (business in W. Babylon) on an almost daily basis and have tried A LOT of bagel/breakfast places in the area. They beat em all. Try them out, they have a great menu and a nice, clean, gourmet style bagel/deli spot. Njoy!

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! Got the order wrong four times in three weeks and twice this week to me alone. Charge for double meats and never put them on the sandwiches. Aweful business model, worst customer service. Young kids running, no accountability. Hope they fold up and go out of business. Last owners never got an order wrong EVER!

These guys rock! Food is always on point. Excellent pricing. Delicious food. And the customer service is great. Breakfast is delivered to us almost every day, and is always fresh and clean, as well as neatly packed. We have tried ordering from a couple of different places locally, and these guys beat everybody by far!

Nice people but the bagels are hard as rocks. This isnt the first time Ive gone to this place and had this happen to me. Its been every time. Sucks because they are so close but Id rather go to any other bagel place out of the way from me to at least get something editable.

The bagel and cream cheese was good, but anyplace which doesnt accept debit or credit cards isnt with modern times. The ATM is in the place but Im sure the usage fee is more than the cost of a bagel. Get in the 21st century already!

Love their bagels. Lots of kinds freshly made ,in house pastries. They deliver and cater. Weekend nightmare to go because they are so good they are very popular and need more staff or faster working staff. All in all worth the wait.

Have gotten the Dylan BBQ and it is so delicious! I have had it multiple times and it is amazing every time. The potato salad is delicious! No matter what I get here, I know its going to be fresh and delicious!
