Pizza was excellent but I have to say the crab cakes had to be THE WORST I have ever tasted in all my life! Fried mushrooms were saturated with grease from the fryer and the chicken nuggets were so so... Overall I would have to say that this place is way overrated!! Everyone always said how great they were??? Must have only been talking about pizza because the rest of my $80 plus dollar order sucked! Girl answering the phone didnt know where my very local address was and had to wait for another employee to explain where I lived? Asked about salads and his answer was "we have garden salad" After placing my order look online and they have EIGHT different salads! Salads were big and fresh and lots of tuna on the tuna salad but customer service sucked too. Told me there was limit one per customer for online kids meal special of 5 nuggets and fries for $1.99..... spent almost $90.00 for four adults and four kids and couldnt get enough kids meals for the dinner? I will not be returning for another grease saturated meal of bread and fake imitation crab meat crab cakes EVER AGAIN!

We moved to Pasadena, MD in late August and have ordered from Pizza Ravens about 7 times. I go by the 3 strike philosophy. The most likely foreign born people that run this joint have showed consistent bad attitudes and mistakes on their orders. On 12-8 we placed a simple order and I laughed to myself that they better not screw this order up (it was just too simple)!!! One sub, One fry - extra crispy and gravy on the side. I do not have to tell you how the order was messed up, you can figure it out. Anyway, to make a long story less long, they were unwilling to do anything without me bringing the order back. 4 miles back to the store and then 4 miles back into the Ft. Smallwood peninsula. All I wanted was a partial credit of a free fry on my next order. 10 cents worth of potatoes. They lost a tolerant customer over 10 cents worth of potatoes. Forget Pizza Ravens. Too many better places in 21122. Peace BC.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They have good pizza but I will never go back again after the way we were treated! My husband called and placed an order for a ONE pizza with half cheese/half bacon. I am a vegetarian and do not eat meat. When the pizza arrived it was half pepperoni/half bacon. When I called back the person basically called us liars and said that is what we ordered. I told him I heard my husband place the call and that is NOT what we ordered but he said he was sorry and there was nothing he could do for us! I was flabberghasted that they would call us liars and do nothing to make this right!!! I will NEVER EVER go back and I want to tell everyone I know not to go there as well. What a poorly run business!!

I normally dont do reviews for places but I was just completely disrespected by not only the driver but then the manager of the Pasadena location. Not only did the driver yell at me about my address being incorrect, Ive lived here for almost three years, ordered from them for all of those three years and typed it in every time each of those times ... when trying to explain that we live on a cross road and use our side door he cut me off and told me I didnt know what I was talking about and I was wrong. The manager told me "ok" and "not to order from them again." Byeeee! The only reason we did as often as we did was because they were fast, not because they were superior in anyway.

My family and I used to love going to pizza ravens for fast, cheap, decent food. We never usually have a problem with them but this time we ordered a pizza and everything was fine until something came up and we had to cancel. We called back 5 mins later and the manager said we couldnt cancel because it was already made. We said theres no way it couldve been made that fast and he said it had been and we need to come get it. He then rudely told us that we need to come get it or they will deliver it to our house. We said we dont want either and he said we have 15 mins to get it or he was going to call the cops and we would not like the consequences. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Was not happy,I start eating my slice of pizza and my eyes notice black short curly hair cooked into the cheese,it looks like someone shaved there face over the pizza and then cooked it,and when I called to tell them about it,they say Im lying,that no one ever called and complained until me,they get six hundred calls a day and never had a complaint.so think twice before you order from there,I guess they can live her tax free for yrs but,they could learn manners and how to speak better English.

We ordered 2 subs 20 wings, a fri and o-rings. We only live 5 min from the store. The Fries were so soggy and didnt taste cooked, and very cold. The onion rings were the same way. The sub bread was soggy. The meat inside wasent to bad. I dont see how are food could be SOOO cold only living 5 minutes from the place. I got hung up on twice when calling to see what was taking so long on our order. I DO NOT suggest this place to ANYONE. Save your money and time and fine somewhere else.

Pizza Ravens has the BEST pizza in Pasadena. If you like crisp, very cheesy, low sauce pizza then this is it. It comes with garlic sauce like Papa Johns, without the extreme price of Papa Johns. Its delicious. My family and I have ordered from Pizza Ravens dozens of times. The subs are good, fries are good, pizza is amazing. However, the wings, not so much. They are pretty dry and meh. But the pizza, its amazing.

Horrible attitudes from the staff and the manager. Gave them more than one shot and still disappointed. The amount of food is skimpy for the price and complaining gets you an attitude from the staff. Even their drivers are disrespectul, speeding through neighborhoods and yelling profanity to those who ask them to slow down (been on the receiving end twice). Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!

Normally we love Pizza Ravens. Never had an issue before. I will say the pizza is great, and the subs are awesome. Weve gotten the cheese fries, which looked like shredded cheese was just thrown on top. The fries come out all hard and then its like a glob of fries stuck together with cheese. We always do delivery so maybe thats why. Typically fast delivery.

Terrible, my order took over an hour to get to me and Im less than 10 mins away. I ordered western fries & I could smell that they were burnt through the bag & sure enough when I went to eat them they were horrible, the pizza had no flavor what so ever, just plain nasty they will NEVER get my money again & the customer service is not good!!!!!!!

We ordered delivery, and didnt have change smaller than a $50 bill. When we gave it to the driver for a $20 order he got back in his car and left. We called the restaurant to inform them of this and they said it wasnt their problem. We called the police and had to have them force the driver to give back the money. Will NEVER go back again!
