My coworker and I visit this place often and never had problem before; But todays meal experience was panicking! We just sit down my coworker felt something was crawling on her...and she said to herself "oh am I crazy I felt something on me" and we just laughed... But later I saw a big roach crawling on the wall! so I told my waitress, she said NOTHING and just left, I worked restaurant for long time and I am not trying to get anything or ask for anything, but later one roach was "walking" on our table in front of my face!! thats too much! I called my waitress over and asked her if she told her manager and she said yes, and she killed that roach infront of us! NO APOLOGY FROM NO ONE! THIS IS INCREDIBLE! NEW LA ROACH THEY SHOULD NAME THE STORE!!

I agree they have exceptional crawfish and crab. However, the service is horrible and it honestly seems like they cater only to their people and not to their loyal customers that have been coming here for several years! The bad service is definitely not worth the food!!! This was my original post:New LA Crawfish has the best crawfish in town. Im a fanatic of crawfish and there is no plce like this one. The strip it is located at is a little worn down, but dont let that discourage you. I took my boyfriend here for the first time and he fell in love with this place!!!Reasonable prices for crawfish, the flavoring was perfect and the sizes were huge! Ive come here a couple of times and it has never disappointed me! Best crawfish place ever!!!

Last night was our first night trying this place out. Food was good but service was a bit overwhelming, i mean we havent even got a chance to look over the menu before 3 staff members kept coming up to us. One gave us a look like, OMG hurry up. My husband doesnt like to be hovered over while eating, he felt like he was being rushed out.

My waiter was Mike. A sharp and perceptive server that new exactly when to check the table. I had the oysters and boiled crawfish, and the cook knows Cajun. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Im coming back repeatedly, and I suggest you try this place for yourself...you will be pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I just left from there... The only reason we went were based on the reviews.... I have to say this was the worst crawfish... We eat crawfish all the time... they first off were not cleaned properly there was the crawfish poop all in them... Our beers were hot as well.... Never again.

If you want authentic Louisiana crawfish this is NOT the place. Crawfish was very greasy and not seasoned well. You have to pay for your food before you can even taste it. I had a terrible experience and I will never return here. Ruined my Sunday afternoon.

Crawfish was huge, about 4-5" long. fresh Raw Oysters were so so. They were served with very little ice, so some of them were warm. Not sure how fresh they were, but tasted warm and just ok. I would come back for crawfish, not for oysters!!!

Ive eaten here a while ago and it was awesome. So I decided to try it out again, but the crawfish didnt have too much flavor. I had to dip it in the garlic they gave me (Which was awesome). No complaints really. The food is good.
