Crazy loud. The food is good and reasonably priced. So why only one star you ask. The music is always crazy over-the-top loud. Perhaps its something about the tin can acoustics of the building. Its not bad music. In fact its pretty good. Its just TOO LOUD! Ive been to other Chipotle restaurants and they dont have this problem. On several occasions Ive asked them to turn the music down because I cant enjoy my familys company. The response has ranged from "Our policy is to play it that way" to "Yeah, I hate it too but they wont let us turn it down". In some instances they have turned it down but always grudgingly and patronizing. Never had I felt like they understood it was important to please the customer. Today they turned it down for the remainder of the song then turned it back up like I wouldnt notice. Im not sure what the big deal is about turning the music down to a civilized level. I feel powerless to do anything but take my business elsewhere and encourage you to do the same.

I personally love chipotle, the atmosphere, the food is great and I love that the employees are allowed to have piercings and tattoos and express themselves without judgment from the company. People are finally realizing that juat because you have tattoos or piercings does not affect how you work. Its simply esthetic, no different then breast implants or a nose job. To the person Jules Alexander, please explain how gaping ear holes or tattoos have any effect on the service or food? If your really that judgmental and ignoratly close minded, then you are right this isnt the place for you. I mean, its not like your food tastes different because someone had a tattoo... just saying.

Ordered online and specified what time I would be there to pick it up. I get there and multiple employees are outside smoking or just walking around in parking lot. I go inside to get my food and it isnt ready. After 15 minutes of waiting to get my food I finally get it and drive home. When I go home I open the food and all three of my orders are incorrect . I checked the receipt and the online order and it was right but the food .after calling the store twice to speak with a manager I was told he wasnt in the building and the next time that he was too busy. The customer service was unacceptable. They didnt get my order right and were rude when I called. Total bs

Horrible. 30 minute wait in line, employees all have scowls on their faces, no hellos or polite "what can I get for you"s. No back ups for the prepared food, had to wait three separate times while they went in the back for another bin of salsa, then sour cream, then cheese. Chicken was so burnt, I had to pick every piece of it out of my burrito. Waited 3 minutes while cashier went in the back to "bag" our chips, then she said it would be a few more minutes while she wiped down a tray for us. Never again, Elyria. Absolute trash. Will drive the extra twenty minutes for ACTUAL customer service.

Absolutely never going to this chipotle again... made an online order when i got it they loaded it with nothing but guacamole to the point nothing else was in it... asked for chicken, salsa, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce... what i got was not chicken looked like pork, white rice and the unruly amount of guacamole. Didnt know till i took a bite and ended up puking because it was nothing but guacamole. Thanks for ruining that for me... payed way too much to not get my order and they were t even busy to top it all off... never again.

I rarely have issues with this chipotle. The staff are friendly and for how busy it usually is you get your food in a reasonable amount of time. (Side note: to the lady who simply wont go there because of how the employees dress or their body piercings "gaping holes" etc.. I promise you wont be missed) The only time they messed up was when they accidentally made me a burrito instead of a bowl, but they immediately fixed it and I got to keep the burrito.

I always visit the Chipotle in Elyria, Ohio and their employees are ALWAYS friendly! There is one employee that sticks out every time I go though.....Veronica! She is always so polite, friendly, never rushing even when there busy, and just puts a smile on my face everytime I go in there! Thank you Veronica and the Elyria Chipotle crew for being masters at your craft and for your permanent smiling faces!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

told they were out of sour cream after I stood in line for 15 mins. wouldnt be a bad idea to let u know that befor u wait instead of getting to the counter then finding. I still orderd but felt like I should have got a discount or made up with extra meat or something. Also went there a second time 5 to ten minute wait for cheese!!!! What the he** what kind of place makes u wait for cheese. Iam done with this location

My band and I visited this Chipotle while on tour in Elyria and we had an extremely pleasant experience. Facilities were super clean, all the food was fresh and burritos were wrapped excellently (which isnt always a given) The manager on duty, Alec, was familiar with the venue were playing and had a nice chat with us about our music. Ive been to many a chipotle and I truly enjoyed my time here.

Slow. Huge line. Food was ok. Should hire more professional looking employees. There was a female with huge ugly gaping holes in her ears and all tatted up. A few men with long hairy beards. Nothing to stop thier hair from falling into the food.Very unprofessional. I dont like this location. Wont be coming back.

Yippee! Hooray! This Chipotle is under new management with a lower volume of music and more employees scheduled together at peak times. Normally really great performances all around. Lately steak has been consistently under cooked and mostly fat. Rice has been under cooked as well. Between two visits, 1 steak burrito & 2 steak bowls have been thrown away.... not their usual....

2 out of the 7 employees behind the counter were helpful. The other 5 had a poor attitudes. I understand it is a little busy. I hope the 2 great employees help show their team mates great customer service. Disappointed wont be back. Thanks

Have been going to Chipotle for 2 years that I have worked in Elyria. I understand the cost going up, but at the same time the portions are getting smaller. One or the other, but both is a little much.

There is usually a line when you go during peak meal times, but it is well worth the wait. I eat here atleast once a week. Service is usually fast unless there is a special going on.

I never have a problem with this Chipotle. The staff doesnt skimp you on your food, always fast, and efficient. Olivia was the cashier and she did a lovely job.
