My husband and self have collectively been to this chipotle about 6 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the restaurant has been out of chips. The worst part being, they don t tell you until you have ordered your main dishes. They offer poor excuses, like" it is to close to closing time to make more" (really, because it is 8pm and you close at 10)," were out" , and the best from the manager herself," we are still new" . Additionally, the girls working the counter are ALWAYS rude and when you try to order food, there is music blaring in your ear. My husband had a particularly awful experience with one girl who blatantly refused to serve him the last scoop of rice in the bin. She told him "were out" . He said, "What about that right there"? . She only continued to say "were out" . When my husband was leaving, she was overheard saying "that s my rice, I m taking it home" . We will NEVER return to this location If we do decide on chipotle again, which I highly doubt, we will travel to Westlake or Avon. I guess this is the type of service to expect from a McDonald s affiliated company. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service!! We gave you the benefit of the doubt up to 6 visits, and you never failed to disappoint us.

Ordered online to avoid the line and Was ignored at the register then told after waiting 5 minutes there was no order submitted. Waited again for 5-10 minutes and asked if my order came through to have the girl get the shift supervisor Who asked to see a receipt. My husband who made the online order said he didnt have a receipt. So he went to the store now 25 minutes past the time his order was supposed to be ready (9pm) and the staff was able to look up his order and make his food. Apparently, you must be an angry man and walk behind the register to get your online order. If you are like us and order online to avoid the line (and to make it easier on your wife), dont do so on a Saturday night at This Chipotle. Also an observation while waiting, they put up all the chairs so the people who were coming in at 9 and 915pm had limited seating. Convenient for cleaning but again, no regard for the customer.

I am very disappointed with the North Ridgeville Chipotle it seems like every time Im in there they are out of something. Last week I asked for black beans and the girl replied "were out they got burnt". Today went there again to find out they were out of lettuce well not out of lettuce the lady said "it just was not cut". When I asked for chips she mentioned were out, when clearly I saw a basket of them near the fryer for her to say "oh we have them their just not cooked". As I was leaving she took the chip basket to the back instead of cooking them. I feel as if their staff is very inexperienced at this location and needs to manage their time better in order to stock their busy store. I have seen managers in every other chipolte giving the staff an extra hand so everything gets done.

I have been to this Chipotle a few times because its the closest one to my apartment. Each time it has been the worst experience Ive had at a Chipotle. Bad service (short line but I wait 45 min because they are so slow), they always run out of an item (rice or guacamole etc.), and try to charge us extra for guacamole when my wife orders the veggie bowl. Seems to be poorly staffed and managed. From now on Im going to drive the extra few miles to the one at Crocker Park or Great Northern.

I see a fair number of reviews on here noting that this location is particularly slow for a Chipotle. Perhaps its because I usually come in the early afternoon and avoid the rush, but I havent found that to be the case. If anything, especially earlier in the day, this is an unusually uncrowded Chipotle and Ive been pleasantly surprised by how quickly I can get in and out. Again, maybe Ive just gotten lucky, but Ive been pretty happy with the service here.

I had avoided this store due to its poor online reviews, but I was pleased to discover that those reviews were WRONG! This place is GREAT! Thank you. Ill be ordering online from here from this moment forward. Excellent service and an excellent meal! :) I hope that management has taken notice of the many poor reviews though and trains their staff better, as the complaints of the other clientele seems quite justified. Online pick up is the worst! Ive given them chances assuming that it could have just been a bad day. Ive had 3 online orders and not one has been correct. This last time I ordered a kids quesadilla meal and received two tortillas with rice. The time before that I ordered a steak burrito with all the fixings and got rice and beans wrapped in a tortilla. Each time management did nothing to insure that I return and really didnt even seem to care.

Portion was smaller than at other locations. Prices seem to ve uncreasing here. Not happy that my bowl had meat put in it then they took some back out. Dont take items out if you messed up and fifnt fo it correctly the first time. My meat portion was smaller then the bowl in front of mine. The Amherst location was better.

My bowl portions were alot smaller than alot of other locations. Hardly any meat was put on it and it was almost all rice. Not to mention everything was on one side of the bowl including the rice. My husbands borrito was horrible too. Taco bell would have been a better choice. This location was very disapointing.

Friendly and Excellent staff!! I have been going to Chipotle Mexican Grill for some time and enjoy my visits to the North Ridgeville, Ohio branch. Tonight there was a huge crowd and the staff & manager did an excellent job in getting everyone taken care of quickly. The manager leads a great team!!

Worlds slowest Chipotle. Seriously. Took 23 minutes to serve 18 customers and they still got my order wrong, putting about 12 oz of sour cream on my bowl instead of the corn I asked for. Its like lord of the flies in there. Pure, unadulterated, chaos.

This location is terrible, its so loud in there that the workers cant even hear what youre saying and everyone moves incredibly slow. Poor staff and management. The other locations near by are much better than this one.

Its been a LONG time since I had a decent experience at a Chipotle, let alone a great one. Food was fresh and fast. Made right. Opened at 1045 (lol). Place was clean. Its fast food, but they got it right here!

Chipotle is a great price for the amount of food you can get! It will fill you up pretty quick. With the chipotle app you can order your food online you you do not have to stand in line to get your food.

I love chipotle but seriously the slowest Ive ever seen people move!!! They lose so much business just by people walking out of line, not to mention the ones that dont even make it in the door...
