The cashier took my order which consisted of 2 cheeseburgers, 1 fry, 1 hotdog, 1 bottled water and 1 fountain drink. We didnt check our receipt and when we got the food they only gave us (and charged us) for 1 burger, 1 hotdog, 1 fry and 1 fountain drink. I went back to the lady and I told her what my order was and she apologized and said she will make me a burger and bring it to me. As I was pulling out my wallet to pay she told me not to worry. She came to my table with not only a burger but as well as a milkshake.. all on the house. She apologized sincerely again. Great food and even better customers service!

Good burgers and fries typical of other locations of this chain. The price has far outpaced the food quality, so Ill really only go here if I am desperate for a good fast-food burger with all manner of free toppings. No one ever needs more than an order of "little" fries as they shovel a pound of fries into your bag regardless of the size you order. If youre feeling cheap, you can get your salt from the free shelled peanuts lying around the store.

Currently the best burgers in the business. Good service, clean restaurant. Workers seem like they care about their product and do well to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. Burgers are awesome. Hot dogs are great. Shakes are delicious. They have the pick-your-flavor soda machines that basically have every choice of soft drink you could want. You cant go wrong with this place. And the workers are super friendly!

When i came with my family we did not get greeting from staff from 5 guys crew. They dont look happy to work there and it have seem like it have boughter them when we have order more burger. Am sorry crews we did not mean to boughter you for services. I understand they are paying you just stand around and taking spit of your soda and make faces. I make sure take my money so where elses.

Pretty expnsive but the Best burger i ever had excellent and friedlist manger the for $5.99 they the large fires is basicly all you can eat fries also clean bathrooms and free refills fills is a plus they gave us extra fries free because of a mistake on our order

The service was 2 stars. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and no straws. They even forgot the patty on my burger. But the jungle juice adds an extra 3 stars. It is to die. You HAVE to ask for it and you will love it. It tastes like jolly ranchers a little bit.

I think this place is too expensive! Its got a gimmick with peanuts It has the best soda machine but still For just basics for 2 people came to $35!! Not much variety and NO veggies! Not well balanced meal!!
