I have never had a positive experience at this location. If it isnt one thing they are out of its another, I have waited 20-25 minutes in line for them to say sorry we have no chips, Chips dude?? Go to walmart ffs. The latest encounter I have had was I tried calling there for 35 minutes straight on 11/4/16 - no answer. I call the Elyria chipotle they bring up the fact Amherst doesnt feel the need to answer their phones and dont care if it rings. I was just trying to see if my credit card was left there. Avoid this place goto the one in Westlake.

As much as we love the food, the sound/noise level there is stunning. We actually dread to open the door and feel the noise. Its certainly not people speaking. Its coming from loudspeakers. Its impossible to carry on a conversation in there. Ill bet the sound level exceeds government regulated workplace limits. That means workers are likely to suffer hearing losses. Please get this toned down and well come and enjoy your food more often.

I would love to put a great review, but this place is ridiculous, we ordered online, paid online, said it would be 40 minutes, kind of hangry, I maintained patience. I figured okay, we got 5 burritos it may take time.40 minutes passed. Then went to pick it up, and it was not done! They had to start making it on the spot. There as no line, so I dont know what they were doing. Not Satisfactory

There have been a couple times where they are out of items that in my opinion should always be on hand. Mild salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Mild salsa honestly should never run out. Overall great place, friendly staff. Can be very hectic at times when they are super busy. People are a lot of the times lined up out the door. I come here a few times a month for take out. Love it!

Possibly the worst chipotle Ive bee been to. The staff has no urgency for the customer, they are more concerned with talking to each other than assisting the customer. I waited in line for over 30 minutes there didnt seem to be any clear manager controlling the store and managing the team. I will never return to this location again

I effin love this location!! The food is always perfect and the crew is just so wonderful. This is the closest chipotle from us and we come from Wakeman so its awesome when every time we come to purchase food we always have the best experience! Like most say on here they are the slowest most poorly run chipotle youll ever find. I constantly find myself going somewhere else because I know the wait will be too long. Chipotles are always busy but most are efficient and quick this place is NOT extremely frustrating. Corporate needs to deal with this location failures

Slowest Chipotle ever. Forty five minutes to wait in line. And then a black women who came out of the back decided she wanted to be rude to everybody ordering. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Chipotle. This is not the first time this has happened here but it is definitely the last.

This place has improved quite drastically over the past couple months. Staff is working great together and the place is clean. Portions have improved and the workers are very polite. Great place to eat and fairly priced for how much food you get. Highly recommended!

Clean and super fast. But they truly get five stars for friendliness. When I was leaving, my car wouldnt start. No problem, I asked for pliers and the manager made the time to come out and help me clean the terminals and jump my car. Now thats service! Thanks.

Horrendous service. Poorly made food. Ridiculous lines. A staff that would rather hang out in back than provide for their customers. Make the drive to Elyrias location, your time is worth more than the Amherst locations disinterest and poor craftsmanship.

Have not been there for a while. Tonight I found everything very salty. The guacamole, the dressing, and even the meat was salty. The rice was tasteless, not the citintra lime flavor I was expeting. Not the same at all, what a shame !

Will not go there again!! Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Then was told there were no grilled veggies after waiting. The one in Elyria is way better, faster service, and at keast they have what you want!!

The food is good because its Chipotle. Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes no matter what time you go, 20+ if its lunch or dinner rush. I have never seen a Chipotle staff so slow.
