Their pizza is good but the service is very bad as far in delivery. It took an hour to get my order. I gave them a break with that because they are the only Pizza Hut that delivers in this area. They also have a terrible delivery driver. On the site it does ask you if there are any special instructions please write them there. Well I did and it was also on the receipt. He paid it no attention! He acted very rude because I ask him to bring my pizza to my door. I was about to give him a tip but he ran off so fast while he was calling me out my name. I just put it back in my pocket. So I will not be ordering from there anymore!

Worst experience I normally dont leave reviews but my experience with this location. I placed my online order at 5:57 online. Came in at 6:32 to pay for my order i didnt leave until 7:41 my order was placed in cooling tray. I asked this certain employee dominque how much longer would i have to wait, she caught n attitude she looked at my order 16 times opening and closing the tray..after the hour of waiting she realized that my order. N once again coped n attitude when i told her once again that was my order n i was waiting for nothing. Plz go somewhere else

Terrible customer service, never come here. You will regret it. Waste of time I waited 2hrs for a pizza to be delivered 6min away. Turns out the "driver" couldnt get in contact with me which is a lie I was waiting for the call and never got it. Had high hopes for the pizza to be delivered but I just couldnt wait another hour so I went to pick it up. i came back from work very tired andhungry. I will say this is the last time I order a pizza from the MD location.

I will never order from this location again . They never have bags for the food , my order wasnt complete last night & it never is but the only forgot small things like extra dipping sauce before . Last night I had a complete order of wings missing& turns out the store never made it & I had to wait 30minutes to have it brought back .

Dont waste your time. Order from Clinton store. Hour and a half after ordering and waiting for delivery I call (first three calls no one picked up) and they tell me that there are other orders in front of mine and they would get to mine later. He said it would be another 45 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minute delivery...for wings???!!

Horrible. This place is the worst. Seem to take items off the menu whenever they please. Only deliver a few nights a week, do they only have one driver? Going into the place to pick something up is similar to a trip to the zoo.

TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 1 hour FOR 8 wings AND THE PLACE IS UP THE STREET !!!! ENDED UP WAITING 2 HOURS WORST SERVICE EVER. FOOD WAS TRIFLING.
