(Manager Fatima Santos) I came into the restaurant and there was a long line after standing there for a few and nothing was moving I observed that only one person was on the line and it had at least 20 customers waiting. Then I noticed a woman come out from the back and told the girl on register to clean up the eating area where two other employees were at and after another 7 minutes all be people came back by direction of Fatima Santos the manager of the store, so after nearly 30 minutes to put my order in I asked for the info to make a complaint and replied with my concerns with sarcasm as the other behind me witnessed. I called today and got the same manager on the phone who said she was sorry and will advise the staff on better customer service and I told her it was her that told everyone to leave the line to do the things she said and it was not the employees fault it was hers and in the same breath she did nothing wrong and I gave a step by step about what she did on told her this was feedback and she stated I was being hostile, I never cursed or raised my voice, she would not give me any information so I can contact the general manager and refused to help. This is poor leadership and I was not the only one to complain yesterday about this. This seems to be a systemic problem with customer service at your stores. I not even sure why Im writing this as this is not a franchise store as she stated. To be clear she does where your logo and I feel offended, 21 years in the Navy and my staff would never speak to customers with sarcasm and hostility. additionally the restaurant was still ditty after they cleaned up they did not even wipe the table.

The food was very good and the fact that they are GMO free, hormone free, and use local ingredients is a definite plus. There was a lull when I arrived so I has time to actually talk to the employees. When they found out that it was my first time there, they gave me a free drink and chips with my meal. The price was a bit steep compared to their competition (IE Tijuana Flats, Moes), though I think the trade off for the freshness and naturalness of their food might just be worth it. This store has a small soda fountain and fantastic sweet tea. There is a decent amount of seating - both indoors and out - and they also play music at a reasonable volume.

This place is horrible. The chain as a whole has continued to lose quality control. But at this one....man the rice was moosh and so were the beans and the peppers and onions. Maybe they were compensating for how dry all their meats are today! What a joke. I could believe they would serve this. I had to ask them to remake my burrito. This was a task and at the end Im eating it with a fork because she mutilated it in an attempt to role it....

Chipotle must get off charging $3.95 for chips and guac and then only giving a customer 6 chips. Ordered chips and guac with my online order. Came home, and there were only 6 chips in the bag. Makes me think some grubby employee was picking off the bag and still decided to serve it to a customer. YUCK! Rice was unseasoned and my husbands bowl had no tomato salsa as ordered. Posted a pic of bag of chips. What a shame.

I go in today, a family of 4 in front of me and only one employee upfront handling orders and 4 in the back just hanging out. It takes 15 minutes until I can begin my order and in the meantime a line of 15 accumulates and all of a sudden employees from the back come to help. Ive been to this location 5 times and every time I wait at LEAST 10-15 minutes just to get my food which is usually cold. Wont be back

I cannot understand how anyone likes to eat cold food! The food is dry and not fresh at all when its kept in containers. Also, I felt extremely rushed while ordering! Not an effective way to serve food at all! I dont understand how this restaurant is so popular! People have lost their taste in food!

Love the Chicken Bowl. You get to choose what you want on it. They put it together right in front of you. Yummy. Quick service. I have had takeout from this location quite a few times over the last year. Rice and chicken are still nice and warm by the time I get to eat it.

Ive been a few times to different chipotle over the course of 7 to 8 yrs. I just dont get the attraction. Your meat is always almost cold. Few toppings to choose from. Also must pay extra for some salty chips. Lime is way better. Tijuana Flatts and Moes is even better.

Normally Id say the food is great, the staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is busy with lots of customers coming and going. Today, they had clearly older ingredients and the place wasnt clean. Too much personal chit chat and not enough observational skills at work.

This location is consistently inconsistent. Todays visit was better than my last but Ive probably lowered my expectations. Bag of chips were filled about 1/4 of the way, my sons burrito was a disaster and EVERYTHING was salty. Made me long for QDoba....

Stingiest chipotle in Brandon. The less food they put in, the prouder they are of themselves while they train each other. Already pay almost 8$ a meal, fill it up to make it worth it or take off 2$. I love chipotle, but this location is a turn off.

One of our favorite locations. It is clean, has quick service and they are always willing to make our order exactly the way we like it. The food always tastes fresh and never disappoints. Highly recommend!
