I had the absolute worst experience at the deli. There is an employee by the name of Veronica. She assisted me in making a sub, anytime I asked for something she rolled her eyes and asked multiple times as if I hadnt just told her what I wanted. She later puts the honey maple turkey I asked for on my sub, and since it was freshly opened I asked what the small black circular thing on my sandwich was (thinking it was an olive). She proceeds to grab it with her hands (glove on) and stick it in her mouth (I guess to prove it was no big deal) and then puts her hands towards the lettuce as to continue to make my sub. I could not believe her!! I had NEVER experienced such a thing at publix. I of course asked her to change her glove and she rolled her eyes as if someone wants to share her germs. Im appalled and I will be filing a complaint.

Having recently moved from the 152st and 137ave area to the old cutler area what I found at this Publix leaves a whole lot to wish for. The parking lot is a nightmare, I have to load two toddlers into my vehicle while struggling to keep my shopping cart from running into the cars parked around us. Employees often greet you with a "Welcome to Publix" and a smile until you ask for help. Some try to avoid you others act as if you are inconveniencing them. Its a much smaller Publix thus the selection of what you might be looking for is limited. Worst of all, their meats. They taste old and rubbery. As someone who enjoys a good medium-rare steak this has been the most disappointing Publix thus far. Every single steak/Kabab/pot roast/beef in general we have purchased at this Publix has tasted like rubber. We are extremely disappointed.

One a place that is Superb in stock avalability,Extra Clean at all times have some pretty good fresh produce and seafood products. this is the Publix to go to if your around the Cutler Bay area ,however the parking is a little hard to Find sometimes ..is better than the one of allapatta closest to Useless1.

This place is great and there is a real hottie on staff. Short white guy named Chris? Black hair in a classic undercut, glasses and clear gauges. Super sexy. Theres another publix closer to my house but I go here just to see his cute ass, it really makes shopping a pleasure haha

Talk about terrible, the quality of the chicken here is super below even poverty levels... Cutler bay has changed a lot since this public was established... I thought the quality would be the same in all public stores but I feel this one gets the bottom of the quality of meats..

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of variety to choose from. Parking lot layout a little ill-planned, but that is no true detriment to the store. The produce staff are especially helpful, willing to run in the back to find you exactly what you need.

Always busy no matter what time a day, parking lot is the worst. People are fighting over parking spaces always. It brings anxiety to me every time I go there. The store itself is clean, stocked well and the employees are really helpful.

Always stocked with products. Clean and friendly staff. Bakery has great products to include cakes, cookies and pastries. Parking space can be difficult to find early in the morning and after 6pm when everyone gets off work.
