HEB DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY ONLY THE PRIVACY OF THE CRIMINALS WITH GUNS I wish there was a way to put less than a 1 star. We had someone honk at us as we were driving down the lane to the exit and they were backing out of their parking spot. We had the right of way so we thought nothing of it and just kept driving, again we didnt think anything of it so we just kept driving home. Apparently that person followed home and as we pulled up to our home a car drove up and past us down the street a bit then turned around and started to come back. We thought this was strange so I got out of the car and told the family to stay in the car. I walked over to the passenger side and waited to see what they were going to do. They passed us by and drove down the street a little then the driver reached out and shot a gun in the air. They apparently followed us all the way from the HEB over a parking lot incident where they felt wronged. This was a horrible incident but the worst part came when I called the police with and they said there was nothing they could do since I couldnt ID them. I informed them that the HEB would have the video footage of the incident and of the driver and passenger getting into the car so they would have everything to ID the people who did this but they seemed unwilling to even attempt to seek out these people and arrest them. This is where we come to the part that makes me disgusted with HEB. I then figure HEB would have an interest in protecting their customers. I then called to speak to a manager and told them the situation. So here it is the OFFICIAL stance that HEB takes. It is more important to them to protect the "PRIVACY" of the criminals who followed me home from their parking lot and threatened my family with gun fire. They refused to look over the video footage so I could deliver it to the police because of Privacy issues. I even said, I have a license plate number, if I give it to you could you at least confirm that it is the same one, they refused to do that as well. Now since the police would not contact the HEB to get the footage themselves I am stuck. BE VERY CAREFUL when going to the HEB on Valley Hi, there are criminals with guns who shop there and HEB has NO INTEREST IN YOUR SAFETY, they only care about the PRIVACY of the criminals. SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Staff damage my vehicle by the use of anail or key. Securty walk to me and ordered that I needed to move. I look around. My location was safe. It was not blocking the flow of traffic. It was safe thier was no fire no danger. I question wh? Since I had not moved that second this trusted securty employee took a nail or a key and scroll on the rear of my vehicle. This is because I question the reason of which. This person,is a threat to every one safety and thier property. This person is a accident waiting to happen and when it does. Others I fear... Will be hurt bad. If you come in contact with this person... run away.. You will lose. I Do believe in finding some other store because I dont wish my property to be damage from some pycho Nazi want a be that have no respect any other. It is very sad that the store hire this preson to watch and report. Not to damage presonnal property. As if you matter.

I went to buy Salmon from them. I asked for 1/4 pound, the girl tries to give me 3/4 pound all while giving what i would assume was the manager weird looks. They giggle to each other. I get home and the Salmon smells like rancid rotten fish that has been sitting out in the summer sun for a day. I go to return it, with no problem because custom service could tell right away how rancid it was (reason for one star). I went back to notify the seafood counter about the status of the remaining salmon and she just shakes her head and says ok. I went perusing for another protein, come back to find it they didnt do anything about it. Not buying seafood from them, hope this negligence doesnt sneak into the beef and poultry side. Disgusting experience.

This store was literally right behind my hotel on a recent trip to Texas. Ive never been to an HEB prior to this location and I have to say..... Great Store. We dont have any kind of grocery store even remotely this nice where I live. Im super envious. As a lover of fresh fruits and vegetables, I clearly live in the wrong state. I got home from my trip to Texas and am more disappointed in my local grocery store than I ever was. We used several store brand products during our trip and they were all very reasonably priced and quality.

i visit this heb several times a week. yes it is small but i can gurantee the customer service makes up for it 100%. i love this heb, it makes me feel confortable rather then going to walmart, which is such a big environment, if thats what you like? but this heb is like my second home, i feel like family there, mostly because i live only a couple minutes away so they see my smiling face even more then once a day walking in and out.

Plenty of parking and they have sushi. They have a variety of fresh food to choose from. They also offer a few organic/gluten free items. This store doesnt carry some of the more upscale items found at Alon or Central Market. Thats to be expected since Im sure each store is stocked according to the neighborhood. Usually, the staff is friendly and the store layout is easy to navigate.

Sadly I love going to this HEB specially because of the coupons. Something is always scanned with wrong price and whats the point of having coupons if cashiers dont know how to use them. I ALWAYS have to double check the prices and make sure they applied the coupons. Very dissatisfied with those services so now I need to inconvenience myself and drive further to go to Walmart.

Cashier seemed more interested in doing everything but checking me out. I had two boxes no one behind me and he decided to fill his bags, give another cashier change and make a call on the podium phone. I understand these things needed doing but I only had two items and no one behind me. Just seemed odd he had me stand there and wait.

Didnt care for customer service, that my debit card had to be use as a debit, when I wanted to use it as a credit card. I get point if I use as a credit. And I just believe I could of use it as a credit, when the lady told me it couldnt be use that way, when everywhere Ive been yu can use it as a credit card.
