Hot garb. 0 out of 4.5 sombreros. I never realized that youre not supposed to mix the food around in the burrito. Basically the first bite I took was straight guacamole. And while The lady making my burrito was actually in the process of making it she tore it and asked, "is this ok?" And I was like, "Are you high?" Im not going to pay almost 10 dollars for a torn burrito. So I had her make me another one which looked even worse than the last one but I was tired of these people wasting my time so I just went along with it. She cooked the second burrito too long and the result was a crusty shell. Not to mention half of my burrito was the same temp as my guac and salsa (cold) The whole time I was there the adult in charge looked as mad as I was after I took the first bite of my overpriced burrito. I think panch needs to invest in quality chefs so that everyone doesnt feel like they are paying too much for their burritos. Because trust me Im not the only one that thinks this. Audi was pretty cool though.

$50 for 2 kids and 2 Adults. Food tasted like steamed trash, burrito was soggy like they didnt cook it long enough. Likely will never return to this place. Another thing that upset me is they gave my daughter a teaspoon of guacamole and said that was $1.50 extra. I get that is cost more but when i asked them to put a reasonable amount on like a tablespoon they charged $3.00 most of the portion sticks to their spoon and the kid running the spoon dont know better or care. All the tables were dirty. Mr Pib soda was good and that is why i am leaving 2 stars.

Was excited to finally get a good place to eat in Grimes. Got to the check out, paid the average price, no problems there. Sat down to eat and realized I paid WAY more than I should have for the amount of food I got. Not only that, but they used to have decent ingredients. Now Im paying for plain iceberg lettuce, brown guacamole and a single scoop of meat in my burrito. Pancheros needs to lower prices or go back to a decent sized burrito like it used to be. Until then, Ill pass on giving you my money.

We have visited this location a few times now, at first it was good but has gone down hill quickly. Tonight was our last visit to this location, we got to watch an off duty worker go behind the counter and make 4 burritos for herself while we waited. Her burritos were heaping with meat, queso, and cheese. When it was finally our turn we got half scoops for our burrito and the cheese on my quesadilla wasnt even melted. The service has been super sloppy and their prep area is disgusting.

Burritos were decent at best. Roughly 10 high school students working in the front area and not all actually working one was more concerned about making himself a burrito than the paying customer. The manager and only adult present looked like he didnt want to be there at all and was very negative. In general I love pancheros, but my experience here was terrible and they will no longer receive my business.

Really terrible service every time Im there. The managers are even loud and obnoxious-- often speaks over customers to talk to employees about personal matters. Burritos also are subpar, often times tortilla is burnt because the employees are talking to each other instead of paying attention. A lot of the time, its just worth going to another location.

Do not waste your time. Go to Urbandale. Gentlemen behind cooking food with Red Beard was throwing food at other employees while cooking and talking about getting drunk on St. Pattys day. Food was sub par the steak was very rare to the point it was very chewy. The young employees were trying their best. Disappointing over all expierence!

The 1st thing I noticed when I walked in was how loud the music was. To loud. While I appreciate the fact that they mix my burrito it was a very lousy job. The staff is hard to understand. Speak up and look at me, the customer, when you.talk. I had to ask for my receipt instead of being asked if I wanted my receipt.

4/3/17 .. lunch time. No chicken..or any being cooked. Barely any steak.. No queso cheese.. had some cooking i guess. everything else was bout gone too.. I mean i know its lunch time but why dont you have anything cooking to refill the stuff thats gone.. :(

Would have given zero stars if it was an option. The first bite was completely sour cream, Then I found a hair in the burrito paper they wrap it in! disgusting! Save yourself the trouble and drive to the one in Urbandale. Poor representation of pancheros

Tables were dirty..... Burritos not wrapped properly.... Came apart easily.... .. place is small..... Asked them to change TV channel to NCAA mens college Bball game and they said they had to keep the TV on the same channel at all times

Went for an early lunch with coworker, around 11:00 and the place was clean and service was fast. I always enjoy the large chicken burritos with black beans and the HOT sauce. Recommended and I would eat here again.

They are still getting started but they try and when they run out they make sure the get it done as quickly as possible and they will find a way to make up for being out! And Audi is the best worker there!!!!!!!

All the legends of the rift work at this restaurant. Big Bwady is a god tier support. Flyeaglesfly got a pentakill nice. Pretty good for bronze players. Over all i would give this a fizz out of zed.
