The enchilada dinner is pretty good. It is usually only 5.99 for 4 chicken stuffed enchiladas, + generous portions of rice and refried beans. They serve home made tortilla chips and home made salsa before, and with the meal. I usually fill up on the salsa and corn tortillia chips, and eat 1/2 of the enchilada dinner. I then take the uneaten portions of the enchilada dinner home, for later. This equals 2 meals for me, at a cost of only 3.00 each! How can you beat that ? Is the food as good as Taco Bus in Tampa ? No, it is not quite at that level, or at the level of the very very beat Mexican places. But it is pretty darn good, they give you a lot of it, and it is very economical, compared with many Mexican Places. Service is always great, the place is clean, the food is good, and the price is right. Whats not to like ?

I just google spanish food and this came up i read the reviews and seem pretty nice no complaints or bad feed so its why i went there to eat , its one of those holes on the wall very clean very small there 2 servers on floor both speak perfect english decorations are cozy and warming the crowd seem to be more americans than latin possibly because of location food is good and quality for what you pay i got the carne asada and gave me 3 thin steaks alot of rice and beans tortillas along with a salad and free chips and salsa, not sure if salsa is home made or bottle but was good also food was great our server Yanira was very attentive and professional she deserves 4 stars friendly polite and a happy smile makes me and my wife a regular here! Been here from texas 5 days and i just wanted some food like this and i found it!

The food offerings and flavors here remind me of western Mexico. By allowing the diner to select from a choice of authentic Mexican style proteins (beef tongue, pork sin, etc.), may cause for a misrepresentation of the actual diversity of entrees offered. Dont be fooled by the one page menu. Let your tastebuds enjoy the flavors of true Mexican food. Each time Ive been I was seated immediately despite the limited seating in the restaurant. If youre looking for something quicker, they offer carry out services too.

Food was not hot, the ladies were to busy talking to check on how are food was or to even fill our drinks. My wifes burritos had so much grease coming out of the burrito that it was puddling on the plate. Then we waited over 15 min after I finished eating(wife couldnt even eat hers) just to get our bill because they were in the back talking. Many better choices for mexican in Brandon than this place.

Guac was really good, but the rest of the food was subpar and not very authentic; very bland tasting. The tables werent very clean. It looks as though they grouted laminate tiles to the tops, but the tiles have shifted and some missing, so there was gunk and food stuck in them. Also waited quite some time for our check. Would go back for guac, but only guac.

I was really excited to try this but it was more ordinary. Prices were good but was looking for more authentic mexican meals. I had the chimichanga and it was good but not over the top. The kids meal could use a little work. I will try something else again but wont be a regular stop for me.

Id give a zero if I could. Our server didnt speak any English. They didnt know what queso (cheese dip) was. She came out with movie theater cheese sauce and tried to charge us $5 for it. Ridiculous. Dont eat here.

Coming from the west coast (Arizona/California), Im very critical of Mexican food. Havent found a good Mexican food place as good as this one. One of if not the best I have had in the Tampa bay area.
