If you expect good customer service, AVOID this restaurant at all cost.. Its food may be good i will never know cz I am not going to enter this place ever! We called them to ask of they are open and the guy said its open till 9.30pm..we drove there and arrived at 8.45pm and they did not allow us in..Guy at the front desk was trying to help us but the guy from the kitchen was asking him to tell us to go away! We could totally hear him! How dare you treat your customers like this! I can compromise on food quality BUT Never in customer service! Never again!

Just had take out from Nirvana tonight. First of all, the customer service is stellar. Extremely friendly and kind. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Now...the food. The menu offers many other options than the competitors in the area. The prices at Nirvana were a bit higher, but it was well worth it. Everything was cooked perfectly and the quality was better than others. I couldnt recommend this restaurant more. Thank you for coming to Reading, Nirvana!!!

Nirvana is definitely the best Indian Cuisine around Reading, Pa. Visited for the lunch buffet and was amazed at the quality of the food. All the food was fresh and delicious! The naan was also extremely fluffy and freshly cooked. The hospitality from the staff was above & beyond. Do not pass up the opportunity to go to Nirvana, they definitely add the personal touch to your dining experience. Pricing, taste, and service is much better than local competitors. 12/10 Rating !!

We went in there on labourday,the food was lousy .Seemed more like leftovers .Well,we could overlook that but customer service sucked ,we walk in the manager who is arrogant and rude was busy chit chatting with another customers child.He gave them freebies,and also gave one buffet free.Then when its our time to pay we ask for a discount and he plainly refuses ,knowing we are good regular customers.Never going back ,Never.

This place is a new restaurant replaced a Chinese food restaurant that was in the same location. I wasnt planning to have lunch here but was allured by the aroma of great smelling food. I had the lunch buffet which was amazing. Both veg and non veg options available. Everything was tasty. Fresh Naan brought to the table. Everything was delightful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The Gobi Manchurian (crispy cauliflower in a chili garlic soy sauce) was really good as an appetizer. We both really liked it and will go back again soon. If you like Indian and you live in the Reading area, you should give it a try. Note: they have a BYOB license and it looks like they have a lunch buffet too.

Food is really good & authentic.. and the restaurant staff are very friendly , well mannered. I would like to mention about Mr.Subrata who really knows how to welcome guests and make them feel comfortable.. Definitely we would visit again

Ive been to India and this food is very authentic. The service was great. They even took my wife and my picture, since it was Mr birthday dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very bad experience. We ordered chilli chicken ,chilli panner for carry out.Items are not boiled properly ,Taste is not good so we just kept whole items in trash.
