Hello, I am a HUGE chipotle fan!! Even though your store is not up to my expectations, I still visit frequently up until TODAY! I spend on average $70 a week ($280 monthly) at the Avon location. Since June of 2012, I have had nothing but issues at this store. At one point, Armando told me to take my business to the Lorain store since he is unable to please me. Armando has told me the reason his store is not running properly was because of his new staff. Months later the store is still offering poor service. I am in a management position and should not have to set high expectations to get what I want. Nor should I have to call to verify my online order before they make so it is made correctly. There is convenience in your app but not when you have to call and verify that your order will be made correctly and then pick it up and it`s still not made as requested. My orders are not very difficult; I am not requesting anything special. I have had orders compensated by management for previous orders being messed up and the order they are compensating is still messed up. Armando has told me that he made my order and knows that is was made correctly and it wasn’t. I pay for extra meat and do not get it. I pay for guacamole and do not get it. I ask for no rice and get a ton of rice, I ask for rice and get no rice. This is a joke. Armando has argued with me on many occasions. Needless to say I AM SO SICK OF THIS STORE AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. There is a Moes across the street that offers a better environment and listens when taking an order. Armando is not a manager, he is a child and does not need to be in customer service with that attitude.

Ive been meaning to review this place for a loooong time, just too busy to get around to it. EVERYTHING here ALWAYS taste burnt. Especially the peppers and onions, they always taste burnt and squishy. The rice is often still rather not fully cooked. For being a place that mainly serves burritos, you would think you guys could wrap burritos better. Ive worked in the food biz most my life, I wouldnt give this place a bad review because of one experience, this place needs work. Wish there was a different chipotle within driving distance. And NO, I dont want my burrito double wrapped, learn how to do it the first time or just drag it up by the register and Ill wrap it myself. Besides all that, the staff is kind and the place is kept clean. Dont mean to knock you guys but the food quality is consistently poor. This isnt from just the last few times I been there either. Get those onions and peppers cooked right, not soggy and tasting like pure smoke, it will greatly improve the taste of the food. I love Chipotle, not giving up on you guys, when the food gets better, so will my review:)

MEH! I have been a regular at this location for several years and have been pleased with both the food and the service. Lately I have noticed a pretty sharp decline in both. I am sitting in the restaurant right now with under cooked chicken and extremely small portion size. the last time I came here I had a similar experience. when I went to complain I was met with extreme rudeness and no offer to correct the problem. There is no consistency in portion size or quality. It seems that the food must come out of the servers check! prices keep getting higher but portions are smaller. THIS will be my last time here.

Whether the lines are short or long it always takes forever to get your food. The workers usually come across as a bunch of high school kids who are always messing around and are there to have fun with a huge lack of management to keep them in line. Proportions are always off because they are barely paying attention to what they are doing. They are more concerned about talking amongst themselves then paying attention to customers. I have to remember to drive past this location from now on and go to the Crocker Park location.

The service doesnt know how to listen at all. when I ask for a bowl with extra rice and no beans, then get bean placed on it. So bowl had to remade, then also asked for chicken and steak. Normal scoops, but to me it looks like I got have since normal would be like double meat. Last is when you ask for 2 wraps on the side, but they cant count and I only get 1 wrap is stupid. The staff need trained better or to go back to school maybe.

I had a steak burrito, the steak on my burrito was so over cooked and dried out. I asked them to make me a new burrito, not knowing it was going to take 20 plus minutes to get a new burrito. I was in a hurry, as my husband had a plane to catch. I did not even get to eat my burrito, I had to have it wrapped to go. Now it is pretty much garbage, because if I reheat the burrito the steak will be all dried out again.

I have visited this location hundreds of times and never any major issues. Only problem is that sometimes they are inconsistent with their portions. Sometimes ill order and theyll put on a ton of chicken, and then other times ill order and they wont put on enough. Service is pretty good considering they are busy literally all the time. Overall, 3.5 stars out of 5.

Ive never had any major issues with this location. Other than excessively long lines, but with the location its sort of expected depending on the time of day. Been going there for around 2 years now and never manor complaints. Chicken gets burned a bit when Ive tried ordering it the last few times. Other than that consistently and friendly.

Highly upset with this place got a chicken quesadilla they skipped the chicken on there and when I asked for more once I went to go get rings out I was charged for double meat. Like are you kidding me? Ill take my services somewhere else if all you want to give me is a half of ounce of meat with bread and extra cheese.

I stopped out around 9pm last night and ordered the salad with sofritas, veggies, tomato salsa and the salad dressing. I have been sick since about 2am. Stomach is killing me and I have been running to the bathroom all day. Food poisoning for sure. Never going back again.

Chipotle is the best Mexican food around. The long lines usually go quick and the service is impeccable. Sometimes I test them by asking them to cut a burrito or something to make them work but they always go out of their way and do what the customer asks. Loved it!

Chipotle food is always good here but they often have the certain parts of the coke machine that is broken or they dont have a certain item on their menu. This is not a deal breaker but can occasionally be irritating.

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves an enormous amount of food for a fair price. They have high quality and hygiene standards, and all the staff is friendly despite always being extremely busy.
