had a ridiculously hard time there. 3 out of the last 4 times, my order has been incorrect, and on this last occasion, the general manager decided to refuse me my receipt after all three of my orders were wrong, then refused to give me corporate offices number, and on top of it all, had the nerve to tell me that she didnt need to give me anything, after i go there to pay for service, all after she refused to correct the issues, was very disrespectful, and refused information for corporate office. I will not eat at this place as long as its under disrespectful management, and has crappy service. they got 7 peoples orders wrong in about 20 minutes, and the general manager who was too busy smoking a cigarette with the other front of the house manager, and also another worker, and then gave me attitude when they cant run their own stores. the last general manager would have never let that location run into the ground. high volume equals high expectations, but crappy managers will screw a company. I have submitted complaints with corporate, and hope they are smart about this.

Worse experience. We order food with vegetarian option (No Meat). Out of three, one order came with many chunks of meat. We informed the staff, they replace order and did other formalities. We did take away that replaced plate. Every thing solved. Now, when we opened that plate at home and we found same chunk of meat. How it is even possible? I have called manager right away to filed complaint about this repatative mistake. As usual, they offer another plate if we visit the store again and apologized for the mistake of food containment. Also did informed me that manager on duty had not checked for possible containment of food products after I informed them while dine in. We got lot of apologies so far other than the food we ordered. Again, how it is even possible same mistake again??? I learned my lesson and will not visit this place again. I hope management give proper training to food preparing team and focus on customer complaints seriously.

Good food. But holy crap is it a dysfunctional freaking mess. Went into pick up a to go order...like 8 people said theyd help me. I see my food sitting in the kitchen and 4 people have put their hands on my food. Opened the container, checked the ticket and kept it moving. In the past I have had no issue with the to go process and I love eating here but it seems like a train wreck. Oh and one of the girls that is touching food has like 3 inch sparkly pointy nails. Wonder what kind of nasty stuff is under there after a day of work at a Mexican restaurant . Gross. I gave 3 stars because the food is always good. But not 5 because it was an utter disaster.

Edible food but definitely chain Mexican food. (Think old school Chi-chis or like the Applebees for tacos.) Staff is really nice but our waitress was bordering on uncomfortable, creepy levels of hovering and shoulder touching and a lot of "sweetie"-ing. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are fair. My favorite part was ending up with incurable gut rot. Honest. We woke up, had nothing for breakfast, ate here for lunch and by dinner we were chugging pedialyte and Imodium AD like it was part of a seven course meal. Which is insane because we pride ourselves on our indestructible guts. Live and learn.

5-Star Legacy Cleaning Service
I have to say this is one of the best places to eat. Im so very picky with my food. Every time I have ordered from this Tijuana it has always been superb. They also have an amazing manager Brittney. She has amazing customer service and charisma. Also they have an employee named rmony she is amazing. This place makes me feel so welcomed. I love coming here. Thanks for your great food and amazing service Tijuana on causeway Brandon Florida I have grown to love this place and all you guys!!!!!!

I go here about once a week for take out. The staff is always so nice and patient with you, especially with the menu. Im pretty indecisive because theres a lot of yummy food. I like to call ahead also. They always have your food ready for pick up. Mostly this location has a great staff. I came into tonight towards the last of of closing, the cashier was very nice and helped me pick out something and the person who brought my food out was very pleasant and friendly.

Ive yet to have a bad experience with this restaurant - the food is delicious and the customer service has almost always been very good. Wait times are always low even at the busiest times and while youre waiting there are plenty of cute female wait staff to provide some eye-candy. LOL Just a great all-around experience at this (and honestly) at other Tijuana Flat locations as well. Its a really good product and restaurant experience. Very recommended.

I had a great experience today. I came in the restaurant with my wife and son and was greeted immediately, told the specials and offered a sling. When I placed my order, they were extremely friendly with a smile. You can see each person going around making sure every customer had what they needed. You dont see service like this often so I let them know I appreciate it and also gave them a good tip. Would definitely return!

Best tacos around! I always do for taco Tuesday which is such a great value. Ive been going to t flats for about 8 yrs. Ive never had anything on their menu that didnt tast phenomenal. If u like grilled chicken get the blackened chicken. Its grilled, but has more seasoning than the regular grilled chicken. Love the hot sauce bar also!

Outstanding, as always...food and customer service. Get your food "wheat, power-lite, all the way" to maximize healthiness and deliciocity. Their hot sauce bar has a great selection and its fun to dare your friends to try the ghost pepper sauce. (Its not that bad.) They have cherry coke and a surprisingly good beer selection.

I like the atmosphere. The innuendos are fantastic. The colors are great. Food is flavorful. The hot sauce bar is awesome though. So many choices! I honestly wasnt a fan of the refried bean tostadas because they were very plain and didnt have much flavor, but would get them again and just get a meat option next time.

It is okay.... I did not really care for the food, the chicken tasted as if it came out of a can, the salsa was too sweet for my liking... The best part about this place is the atmosphere, hot sauce and the service. Unfortunately the food is the major factor and is the cause of us not going back.

First timers on a Tuesday! Me and my sister loved it! Even though the place was filled with people we were still able to find a table and on top of that great service! The food was great! All the waitresses were incredibly nice and so helpful! Overall this place was awesome! We be back soon!

5 stars before my first bite. Excellent customer service from people who enjoy their jobs like manger Ivan...I was greeted at the door and introduced to the menu by Adriana.Since I was a first-timer, I was given a complimentary order of chips and hand-picked salsas. Sangria was on point!!!

The Flautas were very tasty and the presentation in the metal trays is a good touch. The atmosphere was lively and although packed with patrons it did not feel crowded. The service was quick, smooth and friendly. A good variety sauces and sides available; meals are reasonably priced.
