Sit down to enjoy our favorite place to eat, when we received our drinks and salads. Then alone came a waitress with her broom and started to sweep while we were eating. We asked her not to sweep around our table while we had our food, and she got really mad and finally left after we covered our food. The people that were sitting next to us thought it was funny and one of the turned around and did a really bid cough while looking at my Son. Then they started laughing about it, come to find out one of the ladies was am employee of Cracker Barrel, so after that, when I asked her if she thought it was funny, and she just looked at me.. After they got through eating, She went to the kitchen, and then came back and then here comes 3 to 5 other employees, standing around talking really loud and laughing for about 5 to 10 minutes, and they tried to make our late lunch bad. They finally left, and we asked to speak to a manger, but he was not available, but did call my son so they could talk. A VERY VERY BAD TIME WAS HAD BY A CUSTOMER THAT ALWAYS COMES IN AND BRINGS FAMILY WITH US.

My Husband and I Went To a Cracker Barrel Restaurant To Eat Breakfast. a Waitress Came Right Over To Serve Us. I Was Trying To Explain To Her That The Lighting There Was Not Bright Enough and That it Was Very Hard To View The Menu. So While I Was Explaining...She Kept Interrupting Me...Trying To Take Our Order. I Said Maam,Give Us a Chance To Look Over The Menu,We Just Barely Sat Down. She Started Giving Me an Attitude So At This Point Im Very Unhappy With Our Service and I Asked Her To Leave Our Table. Had a Manager Come Over and I Explained To Him The Situation and How The Waitress Was Being Rude. He Explained That He Could Not Allow Another Wait Person To Serve Us So Our Options Were: 1, Continue To Allow The Rude Waitress To Serve Us 2,Leave We Chose To Leave. My Husband and I Will Never Go To That Restaurant Again. We Have Spent Lots Of Money in That Restaurant and The Store as Well.

Ive been a fan of The Barrel since my cousin Buck took me there for my first time when I went to Nashville maaaany years ago. It has been a staple in my family as my Dad has the map for every location in the country and my brother built the one in Washington, PA. So its with a degree of sadness that I write to say that I was blindsided by the closing of the Dallas Pike location. Or as my Dad used to say, "lets go down to the cracker barrel at cabelas"...We met some great folks there along with friends we already knew, both personally and professionally. It will be missed by many. Thanks for the great food, service, and fellowship to those of us who spent many an hour there.

I worked here and quit due to personal reasons and 4 months later I got a postal mail via the management and staff taunting and mocking my life problems. My rating will change once corporate calls me back and how they handle it. I quit due to the fact it was not a career for me and they pushed it like it was and got upset when I left. Place is insane, kitchen staff was allowed to chew and manager Eric went as far as asking a server who dated a co worker if we shared everything referencing her body. Extremely racist environment and laughable wages, 4 months later and I am being bullied for leaving.

If Cracker Barrel really only did want to not offend anyone with Robertsons products/pictures, they could have simply removed the products without an announcement. There was no need for a public statement. Instead, they made an announcement as an intentional "Statement" to curry public favor. We will miss Cracker Barrel. Our family has lunched/dined at CB at least 6 times a year for over 20 years -- thats 120 times. But, sadly, no more.

The menu says "Pork chops" -----They are not. And one of the managers admitted the menu was wrong. What you get is --what seems to be a precooked pork loin, which is then frozen and sliced about 1/4 inch thick and put on the grill long enough to thaw it and get a grill mark or two then served as a pork chop. Very sad, cheap and against the law. It is false advertising and a plain lie. So sad for a nice place.

One of my favorite places to eat at! They always treat you like family. There is no better place than Cracker Barrel for Southern-style country cookin comfort food. I love how they dont sell alcohol (perhaps to have less drunk drivers on the road) and how they close at 10:00 5 nights of the week (to discourage going out late). Keep up the great work guys!

Until my lil buddy talked me into eating here, I had not eaten what I call "real food" in some years. It was a rare treat to dine here; including the precious young lady who attended to our every need and genuinely made us feel as if we were home! Thank you Cracker Barrel Home Office!!!

As of today December 22, 2013 I am refusing to patron Cracker Barrel because they now refuse to sell any Duck Dynasty stuff at their store in response to the free speech Phil Robertson excercised recently. Political correctness has gone far enough.

Im fed up with their over commercializations of Christmas and now their dig at Phil Robertson of duck commander over his religious views. There are many more options for my familys dollar when it comes to food and atmosphere.

Cracker Barrel restaurants are pretty good especially for a chain. Their specialty is breakfast and/or comfort food. I like their kitschy decor and gift shops. I still prefer a good diner, but not everyplace has them.

One of my favorite places to eat. It is the nice "at-home" feeling that I love, along with food options that I grew up with. Food consistency is important and no matter which restaurant I go to, I know what I will get.

Yall are some kind of monsters, firing Brads wife Nanette after 11 years of service. We demand justice! We demand a response!
