Usually every time I have ate there its so good. Tonight it was worse than any food Ive ever bought at any restaurant. Im usually one who never has a complaint unless the food is really not good. Maybe, the cooks or who ever made my food was not into his or her job tonight. The worst burrito, enchilada and tamale that Id ever put near my mouth. For a minute I wonder to myself, is this real human food or is it some kind of dog food. It was that horrible. Ive ate at hundreds of Mexican American establishments and sorry to have to say it, but this place doesnt even win one star with my bad experience. I hope no one else goes through this same disappointment. This place Im commenting on is usually one of the best Ive visited. I hate the fact that it really was so bad tonight. I was looking forward to having dinner there once again with my relative. I will not be going back.

Ok tried out this hole for the last time. My hubby was running to get our silverware, drinks and our to go boxes. Their was a question as to the el pastor tacos,we were told it was steak or maybe another meat instead of asking the kitchen exact ingredient she walked off . Good thing I dont have religious objections to pork, beacausd they would have been broken today. I am a huge proponent of children working/chores, but not in a restaurant at the age of 10 serving chips and salsa. Never again!!! BTW el Pastor if traditional is pork with a red sauce. In case anyone didnt know...like me.

We ordered the shredded chicken & nachos & they were awful. Their was so much water in the plate from not draining the chicken, it was like soup. The nachos were soggy, I mean really soggy from the water. We soaked up some water with napkins! When the lady brought our food she just sat it down...no plates. After five minutes I had to go ask for plates. I will never eat at this restaurant again. The lady did offer to get some more. By that time I couldnt bare to eat anything else they had. Very bad dining experience :(

My wife and I eat at Casa Mexicana often. Its a clean, reliable, tasty restaurant. Their white salsa is delicious. This is definitely Americanized Mexican food, but for that fare Casa Mexicana is quite good. Ive noticed other reviewers complain about portion sizes. I can only understand that complaint from someone who is accustomed to massive portions. My wife and I always leave stuffed.

Went around lunch time and I got there anseated at 1:10 didnt receive my food until 1:50 shouldnt have took that long by no means ...the beans were horrible I can get better out of a can in the Mexican section at Walmart ....the rice is weird it has like veg all in it ...I couldnt even enjoy it BC I spent almost and hour of my lunch break to receive my food ...I wont be going back

Yummy delicious! !! Always stop when were in town for races. Never miss it... if you dont try while you are here. ... you are missing out! 1300 miles from home. ... our 1st meal after set up at the track. Sangria and pollo con queso..... simply the best

The food was OK. Basic Mexican food. We were left alone in a room with tables that hadnt been bussed for the hour we were there. I had to find the server to get drink refills. No luck on the chip refills. I suggest trying another place if you have the choice.

The food was great. The staff was quite. He came by and would check on us. Not that it was a bad thing. Like are chips were low. He walked to the table looked at the chips walked away and then came back with more. It was the same with the drinks.

After a long day of driving, this place was a surprising treat. The drinks are strong, the servers were very attentive, the food was delicious and very affordable. Even the music was pleasant to listen to. Very glad we chose to come here.

It may be one of the better Mexican restaurants in Bristol, but still not a top par Mexican. The parking lot can be a bit awkward at times as well because of the narrow lanes and its layout.

You have to try this place out. It has the best grilled chicken nachos. I would eat there every day if i could. Prices are right on and you will not be disappointed.
