By far the worst dining experience Ive ever had. It took way too long for us to even be initially greeted and it was all downhill from there. I dont want to bore you with all the details, but the main point is that it took 45 minutes to get a pizza and the wings that were ordered at the same time as the pizza were never cooked, even after I was told twice that they were being made. We waited an hour and a half before I was fed up and had to go. The server and the owner did a wonderful job of apologizing and accepting responsibility. They did not charge us for the wings we never received and also took the pizza off our bill. They offered to make us more food and give us a free drink, but by that time, I was starved and ready to go somewhere that might actually bring me the food that I ordered, in a timely manner. We were dining on a Friday evening and they did not seem exceptionally busy, but understaffing was an excuse we were given. Friday night is our "date night" and we always try to dine at locally owned and operated establishments. But this date night was ruined. I hope that they can correct their problems. The BF enjoyed the 3 tiny pieces of pizza he nibbled on while trying to wait for me to get my wings. But after waiting 15 minutes for a box and never getting one, almost an entire medium pizza was left on the table when we left. I absolutely hate making a review like this, but our experience had to be made public. Maybe it was an off night...

Very poor service . They have rats in the building . They food is always frozen . Fryer oil doesnt get changed . Silverware barley ever gets washed. Things left open and unattended .
