We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight(delivery) horrible buyer beware. First they told me 45 min. I called after an hour the manager said it been dispatched it will be there soon. I waited another 10 minutes and the food showed up. Imagine my surprise after all of that when the salad that comes with my meal was missing wouldn't usually be such a big deal but trust me salad ended up being needed. I ordered Cajun chicken pasta(same as order from chili's) only more expensive!!!! This dish is described as a little Cajun kick on the menu crazyyyyy!!!! I usually order my wings atomic from most places. I am no lightweight this was the hottest thing I have ever tasted in my life(now I know what they spent the extra dollars on) unfortunately I had not tried the dish yet because we were dealing with my 9 year old sons kids meal he ordered the children's menu chicken fingers 5.99 he had w small chicken tenders and exactly 9 fries(for a 9 year old this was dinner not a. Snack!!) That wouldn't fill up a 5 year old and we are thin people. Anyways I felt bad and gave him half of my food first. He got up screaming because the chicken was so spicy. I will be surprised if he can taste anything for the next week. He was actually crying. After all of this when I called to ask to speak to the manager I was told" She's busy" I told the lady I need to talk to her now. The manager came on the phone and I told her all the problems and told her this was my first time ordering from them and probably wouldn't be again, she replied; " that's fine I will get the driver to bring u your salad when he goes back out" I got that salad approximately an hour and 45 min after this whole ordeal started so like I said caution buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Some of the worst food I have ever eaten!!!!! Got the fried pickles, Philly sub, veggie sub, fries and tater tots. I was told 30 mins til I could pick it up. I got there 40 mins later. The fried pickles were literally wet and soggy and so gross I took one bite and couldnt eat anymore! My boyfriend got one bite into Philly and realized how disgusting it was! Plus they put everything on the side instead of on the sandwich with no cheese! Fries were soggy and disgusting as well as the tots! Worst food ever!!! By the time we got home they were closed and couldnt call to complain so we called the next day and had all the food right in front of us. The manager said she couldnt help us at all despite us explaining we didnt have a choice to call them the night before! Plus she was rude about it. We didnt even ask for our 45 dollars back we just asked if we could get a credit or something for wasting all that money and food. Dont go here of you dont want to get ripped off and deal with crappie customer service!

ordered food at 5:30 to be here by 6:15.....6:30 I call and J%$#^%A picks up the phone and I ask whats the delay, she checks, comes back and says its already on the way I repeated its otw right now? she says yes. waited out side with kids playing basketball for 30 more mins I call again7:00 this time I ask for a manager another young lady picks up and cannot find my order even in the system....finally she sees it and it hasnt even been made she says I dont know why thats weird.I wanted my refund back she cant do it until the owners come in tomorrow... I said I want the other girl documented or wrote up for lying to a customers face saying a lie knowing dam good and well it wasnt otw to me. the food is good but over the last 3 years me and my roommate have had numerous issues with this company I think this is the time the good food isnt worth the problems anymore. order online or delivery at your own risk.

This was the worse experience we have ever had with this restaurant. We first ordered 2 sausage strombols without cheese. When it came to us I opened it because 3 other times it had cheese in it. We sent it back. I called back and spoke with the person in charge and they told us it was not cheese, it was uncooked dough. So, I said you need to send us back another order and charge us half price, which they DID NOT, and someone put tons and tons of black pepper in the stromboli to make us sick. I hope the person who did this will suffer like we are. This was not called for and your manager is going to find out what you guys did tomorrow! Mr & Mrs. Palmisano Stockbridge

I came when the place first opened and it was an above-average pizza place. But over the past couple years, its developed into "the spot" for great food on Jodeco Road. It boasts a balanced menu, good price and a quality product. Customer service was well above average for this area, and the wait time was extremely reasonable. It also seems like a great place to watch the game with the family rather than dragging them to a sports bar. Not a huge wing fan, and theirs were nothing to write home about, but the pizza sure is. Update: My wife stole my cheesecake, but apparently it was delicious...not cool.

I was shocked by the comments because I ate there several times the first time was nice food was OK but the second time the service and the food was garbage and the last time was when I made a delivery order o waited two hours no pizza I called to find out what was the hold up all about The dude just spoke to me like I wasnt nothing and he told me they werent going to deliver on my $45.00 dollar order which I thought was pricey for pizza but Im rich so it didnt matter but the service was such crap I will never give them any business again if quality and service is what you want dont go to 15th street

Out of town on business looking for local place to eat and hit the jackpot with the 15th Street Pizza & Pub! I ordered the pepperoni rolls, fried peperocini, and half turkey on wheat. Everything was delicious! I left with a Greek salad with grilled chicken for lunch the next day and plan to go back for dinner again tonight. The employees and regulars are friendly. Had a fantastic meal and a great time. Ashley is a jem.

We have our food delivered. Pizza is good, but we normally order a Calazone with added ingredients and the Pub Burger with cheese & fries. Always delivered hot. The containers are clean & easy to eat from. We will continue ordering food from 15th Street Pizza & Pub. All of our orders have been correct. Delivery drivers have been nice & clean.

This is a review of the pizza only. General rule of thumb if you get a better pie in the freezer section at Kroger the pizza isnt good. If you can get a better pie in the freezer section of Kroger for $1.99 or less pizza is bad. This one losses to the .99 Tostinos . Its really awful.( Supreme was the pie I tried)
