After we waited almost an hour for table that was supposed to only be 15 minutes we had to wait some more due to a very young host couldnt work the folding table he wanted to give us. We were patient and stood trying not to look angry. When we finally where seated we waited another 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. The waitress asked if she could take our drink order, we said we had been waiting over an hour we would like to order. She asked if we could wait and just only give our drink order. There were only four of us; we weren’t a large party with a complicated drink order. We thought, oh maybe it’s not her table and she was just being nice. About twenty minutes later she came back with our drink order. Now we had about an hour and forty minutes invested in this meal. As the waitress is taking the first order she is looking around searching for someone. She said there are no substitutions on the current special we were trying to order and we would have to “wait” for a manager to come over straighten it out. That was the last straw, we were done waiting and we said we were leaving and wanted to talk to a manager. As we were leaving the manager came up and we told her what had transpired. She said in a condescending tone, “sorry you feel that way”. We went to another restaurant and were in and out in 40 minutes, happy and feed.

My wife and I just left there about an hour ago, and I probably had the worst service that I have ever had there. Our waiter, Marquis, did not remember half of what we had asked him for during our order. While we were waiting for him to go back and bring us the rest of the items, I had called the manager, Rachele (I think she may have been the proprietor as well) over while we waited, and he still had not come back, so she said that she would go back there...bottom line, he was not qualified to be a waiter, and he had no personable, people skills for this type of business, including communicative skills. Rachele seemed in the end, to not be too concerned about our experience. I usually frequent there about 1-2 times a month, but now will patronize the Canton store a little more often.

Staff was all very nice. The food not so much. The table was wet when we got to our table, stinking like a dirty dish rag. Not what you should expect at this priced restaurant. I ordered a margarita and it was about 2/3 full. The coke we got had about 8 ice cubes in it. Both the steaks were cooked wrong hers way under done and mine was was wayyyy over done. The Porter House I ordered was the worst cut off meat I have ever had. Costing north of 20 bucks mind you. I loved this restaurant at one point but the last three times have been a disappointment. Not only at this location but the Canton one too. 3 strikes and your out.

Parking lot was crowded, more than weve ever witnessed. After being told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, my husband and I hunkered down on an outside bench to wait it out. Pleasantly surprised after only maybe 5 minutes we were alerted to availability by our scanner. The waitress was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food came quickly and service was flawless. The food was very good by the way. A very positive experience.

I was order New York steak and told that demand by the well done. End up the red inside. I was like great! Because Im picking up and bring home and cant bring with lousy cook Im so disappointed that they didnt read the special instruction. So have to give 3 stars for lack of read follows up and lack of cook check to see not red or well done. Recommend to people whom carry-on and please stay there and look check before leave the restaurant.

Had to ask for silverware after our food came. My Wife was actually charged for a different sauce she requested instead of bbq that came with her chicken. Then couldnt eat the chicken bc it was so seasoned.The poor waiter put the difference for the sauce, cash, in with our bill from his own pocket. My steak was very good. $30 for a 9 oz. better be. Wifey was hungry by the time we got home. Seems like management needs to lighten up.

4 people in our party, length of time waiting for our meal exceeded an hour. Once we received our food, ribs were burnt and the fish was well done requiring a knife and fork to cut, not flaky or tender at all. Complained to the server and manager without a discount of any sort or an apology. I am not one that usually complains the meal today was not a good experience all around.

LOVED IT!!!!! We are new in town & its the 1st place we ate at & were so glad we did!!! My man got the New Zealand Rack of Lamb & I got Hearts of Gold Mahi & we LOVED it! Best Mahi Ive ever had!!! My man is getting it next time! When he is quiet when he eats I know its got to be good! lol Thank u Outback! We will be back! :)

Online ordering is simple and painless. Food is always good and the staff (Ashton) are always friendly! Never any problems at this fine location. The people complaining about wait time? Consider the time, as 6-8 is usually the busy block. I would recommend this location to anyone. :)

All 3 of my families sirloins were over cooked, over seasoned, and leathery. Food was aweful. My mother couldnt even finish her food it was so bad. They gave her a baked potato as a replacement and that wasnt even cooked all the way through!

This particular Outback is a disappointment. The food always comes out luke warm, and when you take a good look around the place is filthy. Even the waitresses uniforms are filthy. Decided were not going to this location anymore.

We have been to several Outback locations, and this one is always the best. The service is always prompt and accurate, and they do a great job of keeping the dinner schedule efficient so even when there is a wait, it isnt long.

The food was good, but it seems like Outbacks quality is slipping. Very little salad dressing and the signature outback specials taste, tenderness and grizzle has taken a step backwards. All in all still a good experience.

Stopped by for a quick early lunch. Our food came out quickly and our server was very friendly. The food was also good. I wouldnt expect anything less given that its a chain restaurant and it wasnt during their lunch rush.

Ribs should be considered a 1/4 slab and half slab not half and full. Portions are small and over priced. Only got 7 small ribs in a full slab order.

Unless u call in for reservations u sit forever as people come on ahead of u and get seated b 4 u .would not recommend this chain STAYAWAY
