Ok..Ive had some ok experiences at this location and 2 bad..and today just topped it off. Not coming back. Now let me say its one guy kinda short white guy wit a close cut/bald head...i like him,good guy but the rest of them..forget abt it. I ordered 15 boneless wings and i know i said boneless because i dont eat bone-in wings. Some heavy set hispanic guy (guessing a manager) screwed that up and they gave me bone in..ok didnt really trip asked for it to be remade.I have worked fast food,customer service,etc jobs before so i was trying to be nice and patient The lady said "itll be up in 5min" after sittin a little over 10min i asked about them..they gave me my order and then the boneless wings were overcooked in other words fried hard. I have a texture problem,cant eat it like that. At that point after wasting 30mins with them i just asked for my money back. This Hispanic manager acted like he had a attitude and gave it back. The white guy who Ive had dealt with in the past apologized and told me if i came back just to ask for him and hed personally cook it for me cause he knows how i like it. Even though his customer service makes me wanna return. I am done with them. Because next time things might get real if my order is screwed up again. So to avoid all that.. I WILL NOT COME BACK and Im not going to the new bern ave newly opened location either.. (just dont have time for rachetness)...after all my BS experience today I drove all the way to brier creek and just got my order from them..smh needless to say I was pissed.

Im a shift leader here at new hope church... I love my job... I love the people... keep coming back but remember are NOT fast food... we create from scratch our sides, from cutting fresh fries to peeling our own potatoes for our potato salad... we cook from fresh raw bone in chicken never frozen...we even make our ranch and blue cheese fresh in store everyday... dont forget to try a fresh baked this morning yeast roll we serve hot and smothered in butter... we strive to create a positive experience for every guest we deliver food to the table for... you can even order and pay online and your food will be hot and waiting for you when u get there exactly how you want it... if you like wings come try us out... if you see me, my name is Matthias... know that your smile MEANS more to me than my bosses money!!! Service was super quick, even at 1130pm! The hand cut fries were a suprise and were great. Definitely will come back for more of those. Chicken tenders and wings were good. Wings disappointingly small in size but made up by the flavors. I had the reg hot sauce, very flavorful and garlic parmesan, made with fresh parmesan cheese, yummy. Sits at the end of a strip mall, in front of Walmart.

Ive been eating at Wing Stopss for 7-8 years now, in several states. This experience was my worst. The wings were overcooked, hard and dry. The potato salad tasted good, but wasnt prepared like I am use to getting. In the large (1lb?) container there were only 6 pieces of potato, they were large pieces. This will be our last time going to this Wing Stop.

Wings are good ...but the front staff suck the girls on the phone are rude and dont acknowledge yu when yu walk in .....the guy with the beard is awesome !!!! Hes the man THE only reason I still go to this location ...he just need some extra coworkers with the same mindset as him !!

I placed my order online at 6:00 it is not 6:55 and Im still waiting on my order. Dont get me wrong the wings are good, however, having to wait this long is crazy. They actually didnt even put my order into the system until I came to pick it up...

Good flavor variety. They sometimes allow me to blend my flavors which I prefer & unlike the Brier Creek locale. I appreciate that as the paying customer to spend my $$$ as I choose. Also staff was friendly as well & service pretty quick.

Awesome food! Ordered a family platter with 40 wings. Good meal for 3. Hot, garlic, bbq, and luisiana rub. I ordered online and their system want working so it took 20 extra minutes to get my did. So Id stay away from ordering online

Better than your average wings. Its hard to find a good wing place in Raleigh, and this one has decent wings. Its small. Not a good place for groups. But, perfect for 2-3 people who want to go get a bunch of wings and chow down.

I like wing stop, vut the "new bigger better wings" are not that great. They are to big especially the drummets, the flavors are awesome. The service os great very friendly, but I do not like the "New Bigger Better Wings"!!!!

Boneless wings were literally chicken nuggets with seasoning. No sauce for garlic parmesan or lemon pepper wings...Gave 2 stars because the dude working the register was nice and struck up a conversation with me about sports

Although a bit of a wait, the wings were fantastic. Also worth mentioning, if you appreciate great service, youll be very pleased. The two staffers that waited on me were really friendly, upbeat and professional.

Wingstop is bar none my favorite quick wing joint in Raleigh. Unfortunately they were not quick one late Friday night when I visited recently. Thats why they lost one star-studded otherwise they are the bomb.

These are the worst wings and fries ever. They are very dry and tasteless. The supervisor, George, definitely has no business talking to customer because he is just terrible at his job. Stay clear!!!

Wings are probably the best ive ever had. The lemon pepper flavoring was unbelievable. The lemon zest was so fresh it actually kind of burned my lips ha. 5 stars from me.
